HT2513 I have an iCal calendar downloaded and I can't find it in any calendar listings. I've read the above article, but I can't even find my iCal window (don't know where my applications folder or dock is and a search of the iPhone turns up nothing)...
I can't find my iCal window to try to get rid of this iCal calendar I downloaded, but want to delete. I can't seem to find the applications folder or dock that I've heard the iCal window is in. A search of the iPhone won't turn either up. Can someone please help?
have you tried rebooting your computer?

It may be on your desktop but you might have customized the download location. I would recommend reviewing Start the installer after downloading.

I accidentaly dropped a folder called Logs onto my iMac desktop. I want to put it back in its proper place but I don't know where it belongs. Inside the "Logs" folder is 1. a folder called CrashReporter 2. a document called CSConfigDotMacCert.log 3. a folder called DeviceLink etc. Please help!!

alscxcit's just a copy of the folder and its contents. For example, you could drag your pictures folder to your desktop and it will keep a copy there, but also in your homefolder. You can delete the alias or copy from the desktop and the origional folder will still be in your home folder.

Assuming you are using a relatively recent version of OS X, click the folder Applications in the Dock, then look in the window that opens for an item named Stickies. Click it. Your stickie note should then be available.

I received a message on my iPhone 4 that has a video attached to it. I "saved video" but don't know where. How do I find it and send it to mi MacBook Air?
It would have saved to your camera roll. Connect the phone to your Air via a USB cable and then run Image Capture which is located either in your Utilities folder or Other folder, depending on what version of Mac OS X your are running. You will then see all the photos and videos stored on your iPhone and can then download them.

I just updated iTunes to the latest version and now I can't play more than half of my songs. When I click on a song it comes back and states that it can't find it and prompts me to try and locate it. I don't know where to look. Help!!!!

to my knowledge these downloads in Download Acrobat 7 and CS2 products is subject to certain conditions, for example: "The serial numbers provided as a part of the download may only be used by customers who legitimately purchased CS2 or Acrobat 7 and need to maintain their current use of these products."

I cannot download updates automatically when I try to do it manually I don't know where to save it.
When I received the message for new downloads, I tried to download. A message came up saying Firefox could not update for unknown reasons.
It provided a link to update manually but then it asked where I want to save the updates. I don't know where to save them. I need the update link and directions on how to update manually including where to save the updates.- Double click on your Home button and close the apps who are running
- Hold the HOME button and ON/OFF button until the logo apple appears
- If nothing work try to connect a bluetooth keyboard to enter the name of your contact

The free trial that we offer is for Acrobat (we don't offer trials of the online services). So, the first thing you need to do is download Acrobat from http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat.html. When you launch it the first time after installing it, you should be prompted to accept the end-user license agreement.
Then, so convert PDF files to Word, choose File > Save as Other > Microsoft Word > Word Document.

The procedure is Settings>Messages>Send & Receive at>You can be reached by iMessages at>Add another email address. The email address has to be a valid working email address, obviously. Apple should verify the email address and you have to go to the inbox of that email account, read the verification email from Apple and follow the inductions in the email in order to complete the verification. Then you go back to the settings, uncheck your email address and check the new email address to be used as the contact email address.
