HT2513 iCal is duplicating and not deleting: What should I do?

I performed the softward update for iCal and terrible things have happened.
Under all-day events, as soon as I open an event and attempt to add notes, the event (without the accompanying notes) is duplicated. But it will not allow me to delete the duplicated event, and when I tried to delete all future events (this is a daily occurence), it will not allow that, either. So now I have a very confused calendar indeed that is verging on the unusable.
What can I do?

Yes, you need to purchase a new charger if the old one is not working. Please make a Genius Appointment and take it in for service.

Your MBP will support a 3T HDD provided it is formatted correctly and has sufficient power. Most large HDDs require an outboard power source.
When you delete songs from iTunes you will get a message if you want to send it to trash. If you send it to trash, space will be freed up only when you empty trash. An individual song does not consume much space so if your HDD is becoming full, more drastic action s should be considered, such as moving an entire file to an external HDD.

Baiscally the problem is that one comuter and one account has always been sued for eey persons itunes. Now if we want to be able to backup and use itunes on our own computers fro our iphones and such, how will all he data that is on our phones not be deleted once its plugged into a new computer? Also, is theere a way to get all the stuff on thw current itunes onto each computer, via differtn account name?

option discovered in preferences. Really this and any feature that moves deletes or edits a users data should as far as possible be OFF BY DEFAULT. It shouldn't by default and without the users specific say do this dangerous and unnecessary thing without even letting the user know what it's doing!!! And then cause me a few hours (as i'm new to mac) searching for the option so as to switch it off. If i hadn't noticed the status cage declaring that it was copying files then i might never have twigged that this insane thing was occurring. And if i hadn't of noticed i would have been left maintaining the contents of the folder i copied the files to, the folder which as far as i was informed and so believed was also the location of the music files i was playing. How does Apple justify this 'genius' piece of software non-design? Surely it will hurt no one if this was off by default for new users - overall at least i dare say it would cause a lot less distress in the future for the unsuspecting public at large. If you see the "Purchased" option on the main screen of the iTunes Store, here's what I'd do:
1) Go into your library and delete the file if it downloaded. If not, go to your downloads and delete it from there to stop it from download.
2) Go to the Purchased pane in the main iTunes Store section, locate the item, and try the download again.
Also, you may wish to turn off any anti-virus or anti-malware programs before you try this again, as that sometimes is what can be blocking the download. Otherwise, contact iTunes Store Support:

I really can't comprehend the logic that leads to believe that password for old apple id will come to e-mail for new id. Buy may be I just misunderstood something. Contact Apple for assist with password retrieval. If you can verify yourself as account owner they may be able to help you.

Use the computer your on now to download and burn a ISO of PartedMagic to a cd.
In Windows 7 you can right click on the downloaded ISO and click burn to disk, other Windows versions use the free ImgBurn software.
In OS X you can burn the ISO using Disk Utility.
Hook up a external drive to the target Mac.
Stick the PartedMagic disk into the Mac and reboot holding option and c keys (I forget which one works)
Use the first option (default) to load PartedMagic into memory (watch out the disk will eject!)
Once in PartedMagic there is a Mount Drive icon on the right, doubleclick it twice to open two windows (three total) you can now transfer your files after mounting the disks/partitions using the two open file windows.
Unmount the drives before using the "Start" like menu in the lower left corner to quit PartedMagic.
If your Mac works with all this then your in good shape, you just have a hosed operating system and a $29 Snow Leopard install disk (c boot off of it) and a Disk Utility Erase (with Zero Erase preferred) and a reinstall of OSX Snow leopard will do the trick.
If your computer boots off the PartedMagic cd, but you can't find/access the internal drive, then your boot drive is dead and you need to replace it or have someone replace it for you.
If your computer doesn't boot off the PartedMagic cd, then it's likely a serious hardware issue.

Basically iTunes feeds AppleTv with media either syncing (copying to it) or streaming live.
Media must be compatible with AppleTV.
AppleTV requires a proper iTunes instance running - it cannot access a NAS directly.
If you store media in a folder on a NAS and it's part of the computer iTunes library (just stored on the NAS vs internal/external drive), then when running iTunes makes this content available to AppleTV.
Data will travel:
NAS > network > iTunes > network to AppleTV
As the path is potentially slower than internal/external attached drive > iTunes > network > AppleTV, it may or may not work robustly for streaming.
If AppleTv is set to sync (it can also stream in this mode), when you purchase direct on AppleTV, the media should sync back to where the itunes library is stored (via iTunes) to keep things in sync and to allow you to backup the media.
You cannot drag/drop media to/from AppleTv across the network, nor can it directly access storage itself - iTunes is an essential cog in the wheel.
The majority of commercial 'in-built iTunes media servers' will not work directly with AppleTV as it has to be 'paired' with iTunes by entering a numerical code in iTunes and does not simply see 'shared libraries'.

How long have you had your phone? Because if you've had it a long time, the battery in the phone might of died on you. Or have you dropped it in water, snow, from high up? All those things could of disconnected something internally in your phone, or permentaly damaged the internal hard drive its self, or the sims card.

If a restore did not fix it, you have a hardware issue--possible bad wi-fi radio.

We are fellow users here on these forums, you're not talking to iTunes Support nor Apple.
You need to follow, exactly, the instructions on that HT2534 page when creating an account (the instructions won't work with existing accounts) - I've just tried it and I got the 'none' option.
e.g. on my computer's iTunes I logged out of my existing account, found a free app in the store and clicked on its free 'price' :
I then clicked on 'create Apple id' on the popup :
Agreed to the terms, filled in my details, and got the 'none' option on the payments screen :

Make sure your new Mac is authorized in iTunes. Disable autosync in itunes, connect your ipod, right click on it in the device list and choose backup.

Transfer your purchases the same way to copy all apps and bought media from the Store to your computer.
Set up at least one contact and event on your new Mac, to be able the merge your calendars and contacts after your ipod got wiped during the first sync.
The rest of the data can be restored from the backup you made.

Music is one way only, from the computer to your device, unless you bought the songs in itunes and transferred your purchases.

Use a small thin piece of plastic (metal tools are likely to scratch the case) and work along the seams of the tray. In all likelihood your tool is unlocking it but the tray itself is a bit gummed up, jammed. Be patient, don't force things, and you'll probably get it open in short order.
