If you are not in the US with a US billing address and payment method then you can't buy items from the US store - you need to be in a country to use its store.
Does your credit card work with your own country's store ? For it have a chance of being accepted the credit card then needs to be registered to exactly the same name and address (including format and spacing etc) that you have on your iTunes account, and to have been issued by a bank in the country where you and your iTunes account are.
What's the actual error message that you are getting ?

So I recently was like signed out of my iTunes account on my iPhone. Now when I try to sign it and let's me and all but when I click to download something it tells me I need to sign in and provide my credit card number and the security code. When I do all that it says the security code is invalid and won't let me download anything. Can someone tell me what to do?

when i try to open itunes i get the message insert a disk into removable disk f and when i look for disk f there is no f on my computer. I thought i might make a disk f that letter is not available in my device manager section. So i try and uninstall/install itunes it was error message wd is invailid character. I am in a pickle here.
To solve this issue all I did was check to ensure that the file permissions were set as described by the earlier posts, followed by simply deleting the iTunes Library Genius.itdb file. Once the file was deleted I was able to open iTunes without difficulty. Note that I am running Windows 8. Hope this helps!

Just Lately I am having a problem with my netflix. It reads error Please make sure that your device has network connectivity and the date and time settings are accurate. I tried some of the instructions for opening in Safe Mode but to no avail.
my first suggestion would be to reinstall. No uninstall, just run the installer again to replace any corrupted files (it sound like something may well be corrupted.)

HELLO! I have an Ipod Touch thats 32 gb, and its the really old one without the camera. ( im sorry i dont know which generation it is, but i bought it in 2010. ) Anyways, I've had this Ipod for almost 3 years now, and it still works pretty good. The thing im really worried about is that recently, my Ipod has started to overheat, meaning when i touch it, its almost burning. This happens when I charge it, or when I play games on it while charging the Ipod. When i remove the charger, it stops burning/overheating and goes back to normal. Why does this keep happening? Also, what can I do to stop it? please help!!!

I tried downloading a free app and it asked for my billing information and when I entered it, it said that there was a billing problem with a previous purchase and I have to update it. I keep updating it and it wont let me verify it and I cant get any apps even if they are free, and I just Deleted some apps to make room for my new upate!
The message says: "The payment method has been denied, try another method"
I'm living in the same country and city since I was born, so I don't think the location is the problem.

When I try to play a song on my iPod Touch, it shows the information screen for the song and then skips to a new song but then goes back to the main playlist page without ever playing a song! Help!
thats tough man, yeah exchanging it is the best option. But why do people always leave a message saying" i'll probably just by an ipod" and it's usually followed by, "even though i don't like apple or ipod" . I mean fine, if u feel like giving up on the zen micro thats fine, i personally don't care if you're going to buy an ipod. for god sakes ipod isn't even the next alternati've mp3 players, theres plenty. I am having problems with the Preview application. When I try to use it to open a pdf document it gets hung-up and I have to select force quit to close it. Any ideas on how to resolve this problem? Thanks for any help
Can you open the Preview program without loading a file, like by itself?
If it doesn't load then I suspect a corrupt Preview preference file.
Deleting the System Preference or other .plist file
Can you open other files with Preview, like jpg's and images?
How about other PDFs? or is it just that one you have downloaded?

You cannot use that ID without a credit card. You did not create your account correctly. There is very specific way in which you must create your account if you do not want to use a credit card. If you don't have a credit card, you will have to start all over again.
1. You will have to sign out of that ID before you can create a new one. Settings>iTunes & App Store>Apple ID>Sign out.
2. You cannot use the email address that you used for the first ID that you created. You will need to use another email address now
3. You have to download a free app in order to start the new Apple ID process.

You installed a hacked app, originally from the Mac App Store. It contains the receipt for a different app, downloaded using an account that you don't control. You need to identify and remove the hacked app.

when I try to burn my slideshow.mov to a dvd disc, it will burn but when i put it in the dvd player it says 'disc error'. I have burned it thru iDVD before but forgot how to do it and it won't do it now. The slide show is on my desktop
Rather than burn directly to disk follow this workflow to help assure the best quality video DVD:
Once you have the project as you want it save it as a disk image via the File ➙ Save as Disk Image menu option. This will separate the encoding process from the burn process.
To check the encoding mount the disk image, launch DVD Player and play it. If it plays OK with DVD Player the encoding is good.
Then burn to disk with Disk Utility or Toast at the slowest speed available (2x-4x) to assure the best burn quality. Always use top quality media: Verbatim, Maxell or Taiyo Yuden DVD-R are the most recommended in these forums.
