HT2534 I can not get NONE to appear as payment type
Hi ;
I have an i-pod touch.
I am a student ; so no credit card -
however I want to download the free game MAGIC POTIONS -
The indo says click on FREE as payment type ;
I have tried using both New Zealand and also US as my country - but I can still not get that option to appear -
Thousands of kids have i-pod touch's ..... how do they get FREE games/payment option ?

what sagarpachorkar stated was wrong it will ask for payment option if you already have an apple id and which is not setup for app store.
you will have to create a new apple id
go to apps tab in itunes and download any free app then it will ask u for an apple id and password you have to click "create a new apple id" then follow the instructions on screen and put in the new email address and a password(password should be atleast of 8 characters and should contain a number and a upper case letter)
now you will see the none option for payment.
you will need a new apple id.

To get the none option, sign out of anything apple you're signed into. Go to the app store and try to download a free app, any free app. Instead of signing in, take the option to to make a new apple ID. Then go through the steps to make the ID and you'll see the 'none' option.

If it is a supported payment method and the issue is simply an error occurring when entering the payment method, contact Apple customer support. -

HT2534 I do not get "NONE" option in billing information i just have 2 options.
I tried creating id on appstore but i am unable to do so. as instructed in forum i tried making id but in forum there shows 4 options in billing informations including "None" option but in my cell when i tried to create id i just got 2 options which are:
1. VISA
2. MASTER
Please reply me what to do & how to make id without credit card.Selecting the None option

I have an ipod nano 7th generation and can not get it recognised by my Windows 8.1 laptop (it appears briefly on My computer, then disappears). This happened after I updated iTunes to the latest version. Does that have something to do with it?

I have recently upgrades to Mountain Lion and I can not get the calendar utility to come alive. Icon appears in the tast bar but the application does not launch or appear to be any where else. Any suggestion?
Did you look in the Applications folder for Calendar? If it is there, remove the item that is in the Dock and replace it by dragging the Calendar application to the Dock.
If it is not there, did you have iCal located somewhere other than the Applications folder when you upgraded? -
I have tried to submit a dissatisfaction report following your instructions from my invoice for the recent purchase of smart office 2. I can get no further as a report code keeps appearing saying too many http redirects so I can not get any further.
I have also sent 3 emails to the company if Smart Office 2 with no response.

I assume you are using a Mac based on the post title... please clarify your Mac OS version if those steps does not apply for you.
While launching the Print Dialog, click the lowest selection box (Usually will be listed as the Application name, from MS Word will appear as Copies & Pages)
Click Layout.
Set Two-Sided as Long-edge for protrait printing.
Click Booklet Printing.and set the references according your needs.

I have tried to change my password and get to the part where you need to verify by answering the questions, and I get can not get any further, as it tells me the answers aren't the ones they have but I know it is correct, so I have asked for an email to be sent, but no email comes.I receive other emails from iTunes but not the one helping me to change the password. Has any one got any idea why?

Z1 compact sd card useless after kitkat
