HT2534 I cannot update my credit card information in manage my account

I am trying to update credit card information in Manage my account but am having difficulties. Suggestions?

we have moved and I am trying to update my new information on to my phone and it will not accept it??

  • I cannot update my credit card info for my CC account

    I can log into CC center, and view all information, but when I click "Change Account Billing"" from the Manage Account, a script tries to run but can't. It goes into an endless loop I cannot stop, and have to use Task Manager to close out my browser. This happens with both Firefox and IE11, both latest versions. I am not blocking any scripts. Can someone explain why I can't get past this step, and how to fix it?

    I have a 6 person team on a CC account. We moved our shop to a new location and had to update our billing information. Your support team in India cannot update my Credit Card information.
    I called as soon as I got the message through CC that there was a problem. Here we are almost a month later after multiple attempts to update my CC# information now my "team" is not able to work today. 5 people without the ability to use your product. (my product - because I am a shareholder as well).

    I am trying to update my credit card information and itunes/ipad is telling me my security code is invalid even though im holding the card in my hands and clearly have the right number. I double and triple checked all digits of all the number, and still, it tells me invalid security code.

    I'm finding impossible to update my credit card information.
    I've been given a new credit card due to the increasing number of hackings that are going on. 
    BUT Skype are not letting me input this new information
    I don't mind the skype credit offer that has worked for me, not getting cut off mid conversation.
    BUT trying to find a customer service number to chat to someone in person is impossible to find.
    Not sure is Skype even has a customer service phone number.
    I couldn't find one after searching the skype website site for 45 minutes.
    A customer service phone number should be one of the easiest things to find on a website!
    NOT with skype!!!! Why is that??
    Customer still want to chat to a live person n get your questions anwered FAST!!!
    So I'm being forced to write my grievance on this chat page
    In the hope that someone will be able to help me sort this frustrating problem out.

    Yes, way back I think page 1 of this thread, I thought I had to add a new card (I only wanted to have a new expiry date) , then delete my old one (expired). I did this, so was using a card I didn't want to use.
    Now at last I've cracked it. You say you want to buy some credit. You then get the choices.
    1. Use the registerd card (in my case expiring of course) or
    2. use a new payment method.
    Choose option 2, enter the 'new' card details with (of course this is your  'new' card because it has a new expiry date. The purchase goes through and your 'new' card is now registered. You then delete the 'old' card....sorted! Hope that makes sense the way I've described it. And by the way if you have auto recharge you need to tell the auto recharge to use your 'new' card.

    I'm trying to update my credit card information on my Mac, but iTunes won't let me. It continually states "Your credit card information does not match your bank's records itunes" but I am 100% sure I am inputting the information right (I've been doing it for hours now), the card is active, and it works--I just purchased something elsewhere. What is happening? What should I be doing?

    Spoke with Adobe staff - apparently this is a known issue with no fix in place. Hopefully they can get me in touch with someone who can update my credit card info so I don't get locked out of my applications as I have an art exhibit I'm preparing for. I'll keep the forum posted on status.

    iTunes store regularly ask me to change my password. When I change the password ask me to update my credit card informations. Updating informations charging me 2 euros. This happen to Greek store.

    It will be removed from your card by your card issuer, which should happen within a few days (it varies by bank, and with the weekend coming up it might take an extra day or two). If you add the card back onto your account then it will get the same temporary charge again - each time that you add or change your card details the charge will be made as it need to confirm that the card is still valid and active.

    If you are making use of a "subscription" desktop application the subscription has to be "active" (paid up).
    Once your updated info is processed you'll be able to use the subscription application.
    As Bernd wrote - Adobe Reader is free (download, install, use).

    It's a phishing attempt to get your account and payment details (Apple don't send emails like that) . If you still have the email then you could forward it to Apple : [email protected]
