HT2534 I CANT COMPLETE MY APPLE ID ACCOUNT!
I got a iPod touch for christmas. Yippy!
I have set up my Apple ID account and all, but when it comes to reviewing my account I cant complete the process because it wont let me pass the credit card stage.
I dont want to enter a credit card nor a gift card. It says online that there is a "None" button which lets you pass, however this appears to no be visable for some reason on my account. Can anyone please help me?

Hi, when i download an app off the app store it asks for my usual apple id password. But when i try to update an app it asks for the password of a completely different apple id account to which i can't even remember making. How do i make them all correspond to the same account? Thanks
You can't. iTunes and App store purchases are tied to the AppleID used to make them and cannot be transferred, nor can accounts be "merged". The easiest solution is to redownload or repurchases the apps in question.

cant finish a hard reset on iphone 4, i cant access my apple account as i forgot the password and cant get a reset sent to the email address i had as thats been deleted, does anyone have any ideas? i still have the box the iphone4 came in so i do have the serial no.
Going to Apple is pointless. They will not do anything to help. Activation lock is an anti-theft feature.
If the seller "forgot" the pasword for her Apple ID, then she needs to re-set it so that it can be used to unlock the phone. If she says she can't for some reason, demand your money back. If she refuses, I stand by the statement that the phone is most likely stolen.
The phone is completely useless without the Apple ID and password. -

The Apple ID and Password that was Originally used to Activate the iDevice is required.
If you cannot get this information from the seller
Removing a device from a previous owner’s account
You need to return the Device for a refund, as you will not be able to re-activate it. -
HT2534 How do you create an apple ID account with no credit card. HELP!!!
There is no 'none' button for selecting a method payment when creating an apple ID account. HELP!!!
Did you follow, exactly, the instructions on the HT2534 page that you posted from when creating the account ? I've just tried those instructions and got the 'none' option on a new account

If not, and if you don't want to enter credit card details (you should be able to remove them after entering them) then you will need to create a new account, using the instructions on the HT2534 page when creating it. If you want to use the same email address then you will need to replace it on that account first e.g. via the Store > View Account menu option on your computer's iTunes or via http://appleid.apple.com

Can someone please help me I created my icloud account under totally different account and I cant remember what it is. How can I change to my current apple id account so I can use all the new cool stuff available? I have tried to change my User id which is an email address I no longer want to use. Now I am constantly getting requests from icloud and Apple ID for my password and cant get into my icloud account.
To change the iCloud ID you have to go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, provide the password for the old ID when prompted to turn off Find My iPhone, then sign back in with the ID you wish to use. If you don't know the password for your old ID, or if it isn't accepted, go to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iPhone on your device, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then save any photo stream photos that you wish to keep to your camera roll. When finished go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back to https://appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was. Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your current iCloud ID and password.

Hi,
I had to arrange an Apple Support call. The Apple Support Team first changed the device to be registered to myself (it was registered to the previous owner).
It now shows up in my devices when logged into Apple Support website.
I was then referred me to Apple Account Security who in turn escalated the issue to Engineering Support, for an engineer to increase the limit on my device by 1, allowing it to be registered with my Apple ID.
The whole process only took a few days.
They said this would now need to be done every time the device needs to be registered with a new user.
To create a support call for this issue, you can do the following:
Login to http://www.apple.com/uk/support/ using your apple id
Click Contact Us, on the bottom right of page
Click Get Started
Click See All Products and Services
Click More Products and Services
Click Apple ID
Click Other Apple ID Topics
Click This Topic Is Not Listed
In the text box, you are asked to describe your issue, enter the following: 'Can’t create apple id. Account limit reached.'
Click Continue
Click Schedule a Call
Apple Support will call you at the scheduled time and you can explain the issue to get your account limit increased.

After i installed ios 7 in my iPhone 4s and I got problem to login into my icloud account.

Recreate Error: On a Iphone/Ipad device that has "already" created the maximum of 3 per device Apple limit of ICloud account creation attempt to create or login to ICloud service tab in Settings. You will be presented with "com.apple.appleaccount error 403" which does not tell the laymen anything useful.
Cause: IOS 7 reports a "best guess" error instead of detailed error explanation.
How To Resolve Error: Find a device that has not been used to create an ICloud account the maximum 3 times and use it to create the ICloud account by logging into the Settings/ICloud tab with the Apple ID you want a ICloud account created for.
Keep in mind this will use up one of the three lifetime allowed ICloud account creations allowed by Apple on that device.
Also per support: If an existing account is logged into the ICloud service. A. Backup phone using iTunes on a mac/pc. B. At bottome of Settings/ICloud Delete the account "AND" all the user date from the phone. It will offer the Delete all data option. The reason for Deletion(and is why we backed up on a pc vs. the cloud) is when you create the new ICloud account it will backup all of the Device owners information to the wrong persons account.
Once you have created the new ICloud account log into that account on device that was presenting error: "com.apple.appleaccount error 403" it should allow the ICloud login.
Once you have verified the "device with error" is ICloud functional delete the ICloud account from the device used to seed the ICloud account and delete again all user data from cloud. Restore the recently created mac/pc Itunes locally created backup to the phone and then go to Settings/ICloud and login with the device owners Apple ID and password and verify your backup to the ICloud settings and Eureka! your done.
It took less time to do that for me to type this lol. -

i just got my itunes card and was about to buy some music when it asked me for my security questions which i dont know and it ended up locking me out , i just unlocked it but i still cant answer the questions.ive had people tell me that i should go to my apple id account and it would give me a link to reset them there but it doesnt show up on mine what can i do?
The reset link will only show if you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account. If you aren't getting the link (you won't be able to add a rescue email address until you can answer 2 of your questions) then you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple to get the questions reset.

i have a half-filled form for my apple id account & in it there is no option as NONE for credit card payment method. Now when i try to create a new account it asks me for a different email/apple id as my actual id already exists???
If you want to use the email address that you used on the first account then you will need to remove it from that first account before you can do so e.g. via the Store > View Account menu option on your computer's or via http://appleid.apple.com - you can create a new email address via http://gmail.com or http://hotmail.com to replace it with.
