HT2534 I don't have none button on any of my devices. I can't choose to not have a payment method.
My girlfriend is getting my old iphone 4 and I want to create her her own apple id but she has no credit card and we are not going to go buy a gift card just to sign up. But when I go to sign up I don't have to option for 'none' under payment type. Help her please?
If you don't want to enter card details then you need to follow, exactly, the instructions on the page that you posted from when creating the account - the instructions won't work with existing accounts, including partially created ones. I tried them yesterday in response to another thread and they gave me the 'none' option i.e. on my computer's iTunes I signed out of my existing account, found a free app in the store, and clicked on its free 'price' :
clicked on 'create Apple id' on the popup :
agreed to the terms, filled in my details, and got 'none' on the payments screen :
Are they the steps that you used ?

What is being done about users inability to use their Apple ID at iTunes Store. I do not have another Apple ID, I do not want to change my password and I want my phone to work as it should.
You can try signing out and signing back in. You can also go into Settings > Safari and Clear all Cookies. You can even try logging into the iTunes Store on a computer and downloading a free app or something.
If none of those work, then you will have to wait for the issue to be resolved on Apple's end. -
I lost my iTunes library on my pc when the hard drive crashed. None of the data on the drive was recoverable and I did not have a backup either locally or on the cloud. Much of the music is from old vinyl and podcasts which are no longer available.
How can I get the music that resides on my ipod nano (4th generation) back onto the new hard drive on my pc.
I have been reluctant to install iTunes on the new hard drive out of fear that I will lose all the contents on the ipod if I try to synch to the new hard drive.

I don't think that debit cards are still accepted as a valid payment method - they are not listed on this page and there have been a number of posts recently about them being declined. You could try contacting iTunes support but I don't think that you will be able to use it : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page
If you don't have a credit card then are iTunes gift cards available in your country ? They are not available in all countries and they are country-specific (they can only be used in their country of issue), so you won't be able to use those from another country. -

I have just purchased 2 songs and I went to sync my Iphone 3G and I get an error 13019.. the iphone "my name" cannot be synced. I have tried.. removing voice memos (I have none) remove all music.. syncs fine.. if I choose to sync music I get the error help..

I can not change my payment method. My payment mothod said 'None' but I would like to change to visa type. I did change actually but it said my credit card doesn't match with bank's information even I live in US and use Wells Fargo Bank.

Visual Studio is a very invasive program and which provides the ability to enumerate projects and solutions for system, user should never try uninstalling it manually without any guidance.
Visual Studio made changes for your whole system, if the file has been moved or deleted this error would occur.
Since you mentioned that you get this error almost everywhere even in control panel. We suggest you repair/reinstall your Visual Studio first and check if it could be fixed.

1.game center
2.itunes and appstore
3.messages
4.icloud(delete acount;it wont realy delete it will only remove from your ipad)
5.facetime

Also, try a game called Supremacy1914 and run that game. Its an outside browser game (Essintially) that runs via Java. It should give you a security option to allow the certificate to play the game. Some games require certificates and depending on your user account, it could be blocked.

All I can say is make sure you have the same account name on the computer like before, even if you have to create a new user under System Preferences>accounts, then log into your itunes account with that and try to reverse sync from the iPhone like you would normally.
Apple doesn't expect one to go backwards, so they are not all that friendly, you may have to ask around on MacRumors for third party software that can reverse sync from iOS devices.
