I want to sync my Voice Memos but iTunes 10.5 will not let me even with the "include voice memos" checkbox selected. As well Ive deselected all the music in itunes so when I sync there will be none on my phone but itunes also ignores this request and puts purchased music back on. I do not have autofill selected. Also wondering where the backup of my iphone 4s is located on my hard disk. Any help greatly appreciated.

My location services appears to be locked. They are in light grey and will not let me turn them on and off. New app requiring GPS i can't use due to this. How can i reset or fix?

Can't upgrade iWork 09 to iWork 13, App Store shows INSTALLED and will NOT download
When I purchased a MBP in 2010 it came with iWork 09. Each time I launch either Keynote, Pages, or Numbers it tells me there is a new version available and asks if I would like to install. If I say "YES" I get taken to the app store and each of the apps says "INSTALLED" and does not have a download option.
I tried manually moving /Applications/iWork 09 to /tmp but when I revisit the app store it wants to charge me for the free upgrade.
No idea how to fix this.
I wanted to demo this cool new collaboration feature, but it looks like it will have to wait.DO NOT GET IWORK 13!!!!!!! IT REDUCES FUNCTIONALITY AND CANNOT OPEN OLD KEYNOTES!!!!! IT DOES NOT SUPPORT EVERYTHING THAT IT USED TO!!!!! ITS NOT WORTH THE EFFORT!!!!!!!!

With update settings as follows:
"Ask me what I want to do" is checked
Firefox, Add-ons, Search Engines checkboxes are all unchecked
If I choose "Check for Updates" from the Help menu, I am not told what the update is and am not given a choice about downloading it. It automatically downloads the update and then gives me an "Apply" button. As far as I can tell, there is no way to find out the version number for the update before downloading or installing it. A button that is labeled "Check for Updates" should do only that--CHECK, not download.
I want to know what the version information is for the update BEFORE anything is downloaded, so I can choose whether or not I want it. That's the way Firefox 3.x worked.
How can I restore the 3.x behavior regarding updates?Make sure that you do not run Firefox in permanent Private Browsing mode.

Do you purchase these Apps using your Apple ID or are they your partners Apps...
It should be Noted that anything Downloaded with a Particular Apple ID is tied to that Apple ID and Cannot be Merged or Transferred to a Different Apple ID. -

All websites work OK through Google Chrome so I am sure this is a Firefox issue. It was fine until yesterday and I have run AVG, Malware and CCleaner with no significant results. It's also a bit odd as Google Chrome doesn't seem to want to let me import my Bookmarks from Firefox either. Any ideas anyone ??

I recommend tapping on the app to change the status to Paused and tapping once more to initiate the download of the app as suggested in this featured discussion:
