HT2534 It doesn't give me an option for none under credit card options?

Trying to set up apple I'd without cc and it doesn't give option for none. Need help

You can create an iTune and App Store account without credit card details
1. Sign out of current Apple ID if you are sign-in to one (important)
2. Go to App Store and select a free app
3. Tap INSTALL APP
4. Create New Apple ID
5. Confirm Your Country
6. Agree with Terms and Conditions
7. Fill in your Apple ID and Password (you must create a new Apple ID; don't use your old Apple ID)
8. Create and answer your secret question
9. Select NONE for Payment Method
10. Fill in Billing Address
11. Submit application for new Apple ID
12. Wait for verification email
13. When email arrive, verify your account
14. Start downloading your free apps

    Can some one help?

    You have to create a NEW account using the instructions in Creating an iTunes Store, App Store, iBookstore, and Mac App Store account without a credit card using an email address you had not previously used with Apple?
    You have to.

  • I'd like to preorder a cd off iTunes, but the only options for payment are credit cards. I'd like to pay with an iTunes gift card, can I do that? How do I do that?

    I'd like to preorder a cd off iTunes but I don't want to use a credit card, I have a gift card that I'd like to use. Do I have to preorder with a credit card, or can I use the gift card?

    I've seen nothing to indicate that you can't use an iTunes gift card to make a pre-order. If you redeem the card, you should be able to make the pre-order. For general information about pre-orders, see:
    http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5714
    Note, however, that it will be your responsibility to keep track of the charge that will go against your credit balance when the CD becomes available and ensure that you have sufficient balance or a credit card entered to cover the charge. If you don't have sufficient balance at the time the CD is available, the iTunes Store will probably go ahead and make the sale but you will then not be able to download anything further, even things you've already purchased, until you either provide a credit card or redeem another gift card sufficient to cover the amount you owe.

  • "None" Credit Card option disappearing from accounts?

    I have several accounts that have been setup with the 'None' option in terms of credit cards on their accounts. This has been working for several months just fine on most of them. Recently our district started to employ Apple's Profile Manager MDM to try the new Managed Distribution option. However, I've noticed on serveral (about 5 of the 10 I've done this with so far) accounts that they ask for a Credit Card and no longer display the option for "None" under payment options.
    Is there something about linking profile manager to Apple IDs thats actually destroying these accounts and rendering them useless? I don't understand how or why this would happen.

    If None is not available - On your computer launch iTunes and click "iTunes Store" in the left navigation pane. Click the "down arrow" next to your name at the top right side of the page and click "Account." Enter your username and password and click "View Account" to log into your account information. Next to your Payment Type, click "Edit." Select the "None" button and click "Done." Confirm that your card has been removed by returning to the Apple account information screen. Under Payment Type, it should say that there is no credit card on file.

  • HT2534 There is no "NONE" option under credit card.. looks like I'm never going to buy another apple product again.

    NO option for no card in the credit card page.. The no credit card option doesn't exist.. can't operate device unless I give the apple commies a credit card.. Guess I'll go buy a $5 green dot at walmart and spend it on something ABSOLUTLY NOT crapple apple just so I can download one free app to this horrible clunky Iphone 4 brick of annoying so I can use it as a simple wifi phone..
    PRO TIP apple.. I didn't have to give a credit card info so I could use my Android.. this is such headache to do a simple task.. and why do I get a prompt to put in my password every 2 screens.. it can't even remember that I ticked the check in REMEMBER MY INFO box.. lame apple glad I roll something else less bulky and cavemanish.. I know it won't get fixed..been here done this..

    If you want free apps without providing a credit card, just follow the steps in the article exactly, creating a new Apple ID in the process. You cannot use an existing Apple ID. As to the password issue, given how many people complain that they purchased something when they didn't mean to, or their kids bought something without authorization, it's no surprise that Apple requires verification relatively often.
    I don't understand your whine about having to buy an app to use the iPhone. There are no app purchases required. Many people go quite happily using just the apps included with the iPhone without every buying anything extra. So I don't get your point.
    Otherwise, we're all basically just fellow users here and really don't care what you buy or don't buy. If you believe some other device and service will suit you better, by all means to buy that product.
    Regards.

    Create a new ID by following the steps in this article exactly as written: http://support.apple.com/kb/ht2534.  Pay attention to step 3; you must first download and install any free app then create the ID.

    but i didn't find the NONE option on the under the card name

    It is a new account that you are trying to create and you selected a free app in the store and clicked on 'create Apple id' when 'buying' it ? I tried it earlier today and it still worked for me

  • HT2534 there is no none option in credit card option

    there is no none option in credit card option

    As I understand it you can only follow the steps that allow you to create an account without a credit/debit card if you do them in the right order as you create a new AppleID. If you have already created the AppleID that you want to use then you need to attach a credit/debit card to the account in order to prove that you are resident in the country whose store you are trying to use. Once that has been established you can set the payment method to none.
    I created a new account last night without a credit card because I needed to test something about multiple accounts. It was just as described in the support document.

  • Suppressing the credit card option in B2B for a respective shop

    Hi All,
    Here the requirement is :
    <h1>Suppressing the credit card option in B2B for one selected shop.</h1>
    for eg: if we have shop like a, b, & c.
    then for when user selects shop 'b'  then only credit card option should be supressed, other wise it should be avaiable.
    Can this be done at front end or back-end as well.
    Kindly, Suggest.
    Thanks,
    Devender

    Hi Devender,
    You can identify your shop with this piece of code
    UserSessionData userSessionData = UserSessionData.getUserSessionData(request.getSession());
    BusinessObjectManager isaBOM = (BusinessObjectManager) userSessionData.getBOM(
                        BusinessObjectManager.ISACORE_BOM);
    User user = (User) isaBOM.getUser();
    Shop shop = (Shop) isaBOM.getShop();
    String distrChannel = shop.getDistributionChannel();
    String sod = shop.getSalesOrganisation();
    In order.jsp there is one include which gives the payment fields.
    <%@ include file="/b2b/payment.inc.jsp" %>
    Just put your validation above it.
    ex:
    <% if (shop.getId().equalsIgnoreCase("yourshopname")) { %>
       <%@ include file="/b2b/payment.inc.jsp" %>
    <% } %>

    My mini with IOS 7.0.6 is not showing an option for wish list in the options. What is happening?

    The three Rs to IOS, try them in order until the issue is resolved;
    Restart - Press and hold the Power button until the red Power Off stripe appears. Swipe to power off. Press and hold the Power button to turn the device back on.
    Reset - Press & hold the Power and Home buttons simultaneously, ignoring the red power off slider, until the Apple logo appears. Then release both buttons.
    Restore - Connect the device to the Mac or PC with which it is usualy synced and use the iTunes app to restore the device to the factory settings. You can then restore the device with a previously made backup or set it up as new.

  • Imovie media browser only has one option, "Mobile". other videos had option for medium and small. mobile option wont import into iDVD. other videos gave me the Medium option, why not this one?

    help! imovie media browser only has one option, "Mobile". other videos had option for medium and small. mobile option wont import into iDVD. other videos gave me the Medium option, why not this one? need answers ASAP!

    That is your answer then.
    Large is 960x540
    Medium is 640x480 (or 720x480)
    Mobile is probably 480x272.
    It is offering you the sizes that make sense given the size of your source material.
    As a trick, you might try this. In your project, put a short 640x480 clip in the project as the first clip of the project. Then keep the rest of the project as is. See if it will let you share now in Medium. It will not look as good, because there are not enough pixels to cover the Medium size, but it might work.
