HT2534 there is no option of none in payment
i dont get any option for no visa card or others
You don't have to have a credit card but it is normally used at some point to validate your address so that, for example, you don't try to access the store of a different country. There are usually some hoops you can jump through as you create your iTunes account that workaround the need for a card, otherwise once the account is set up you may still see the request. You can try this method...
Enable the menu bar if needed with Ctrl+B
Sign out of the iTunes Store from the Store item on the menu bar
Go to iTunes Store home page
Go to Quick Links > Redeem
Sign in with your Apple ID
Go through the screens, accepting the EULA, etc. You should arrive at a Review Payment screen where one of the options is None - select this and continue... you shouldn't actually need to redeem a new voucher/card
I've adapted the steps slightly from this post. I haven't tested the exact senario since my account is already set up so I get straight through to the redeem code screen but if it works for you it would be useful to know what screens you see at step 6 and when you can return to the store page.

Peter, I had the same problems! I could set up my account for iTunes without a card by doing the following:
- open iTunes
- Sign In
- Get the message saying that the account must be reviewed for iTunes
- click Review
- Ok the Use Terms
- on the screen where you see your username, password, security questions, there are two check boxes at the bottom for receiving emails from Apple (marketing stuff). I was always deselecting these, but one time i just left them checked and clicked Continue
- after leaving them checked, i then saw the NONE option next to PayPal.
I did this with my existing account. I tried creating a new account, but if I deselected those two options, i didn't see NONE even with the completely new account.

There is no option of none in payment

If you are doing from your Computer, first sign out from iTunes Store if it was signed in before.
Go to iTunes stores now and select Apps tab, choose and buy a free App first and a popup window will ask you to either log-in or create Apple ID. That's when you go to create your ID.
The next window will give you a NONE option.
Same thing if you are doing it on your Device, sign-out from Store first, buy a Free App and proceed from there. -

Create a new ID by following the steps in this article exactly as written: http://support.apple.com/kb/ht2534. Pay attention to step 3; you must first download and install any free app then create the ID.

i have a half-filled form for my apple id account & in it there is no option as NONE for credit card payment method. Now when i try to create a new account it asks me for a different email/apple id as my actual id already exists???
If you want to use the email address that you used on the first account then you will need to remove it from that first account before you can do so e.g. via the Store > View Account menu option on your computer's or via http://appleid.apple.com - you can create a new email address via http://gmail.com or http://hotmail.com to replace it with.

i am using iphone 4s. i have created apple ID. BUT when ever i want to install any application. than ask for itune account, there is no option of NONE. AND ITS NOT accepted visa card. what should i do now? because i don't have master amd amex facility.We are fellow users here on these user-to-user forums, you're not talking to iTunes Support nor Apple.
Did you follow the instructions on the HT2534 page that you posted from when you created the account (I've just tried the instructions and I got the 'none' option on a new account) ? If not then credit card details will need to be entered before the account can be used to download any item from the store. If you are trying to use a debit card then they are no longer accepted in all countries.

If not then you will need to create a new account, and use the instructions on that HT2534 page when creating it. If you want to use the same email address then you will need to replace it on that account first e.g. by tapping on it in Settings > iTunes & App Store on your phone, via the Store > View Account menu option on your computer's iTunes or via http://appleid.apple.com

e.g. on a computer's iTunes, if currently signed into an account then you logged out of it, and you then found a free app in the store and clicked on its free 'price' :

When I tried that process to create an account a few days ago I got the 'none' option on the payment details screen.
If you didn't use that process then you will need to create a new account using it (the instructions won't work with an existing account). -

OK - skip that link....I just went through it again, and since you already have an Apple ID, it directs you to another article, which then directs you to the original one you were looking at.....so THAT's not going to work!
So, I'd say, at this point, you need to contact iTunes support to see if they can tell you why you are not seeing the "None" option...

the procedure that has explained at apple support for creating an apple ID without providing credit card information is invalid because when i followed this procedure i did not found the option to select "NONE" in payment method. When I try to edit my payment on my iTunes account to none there is no option for none.
Every time I try to download something it makes me re enter my iTunes account. Now I am so sick of it I am looking to get rid if that option of even having a credit card on my account. But, there is no option to take it off. Any other way? There is no none option.
