HT2534 Why to create apple id need credit card info and no show any "None"
Why "None" no show up in credit card payment
if you want to setup an apple id with out a credit ard you have to do it a certain way, any other way and you wont get the none option. If you already created it go appleid.apple.com and click on manage your account. Hit the edit button next to apple id and primary email, change the email so that it is no longer yours. Save and sign out. Now your email is free to create a new apple id. go to the itunes store and find a free app click on it to download, when it asks for an apple id choose create new. as long as you create it there you should get the "None" option. This can be done on the iphone from the apps store or a computer in itunes store. Any other way and you wont get the "None" option.

Please help..Unless you followed, exactly, the instructions on the HT2534 page that you posted from then credit card details will need to be entered before the account can be used in the store - you should be able to remove your card's details after entering it

After registration, You can Go to
1 Settings
2.Itunes&App Store
3.Click on your apple id .
4.Select View Apple ID
5.Slecet Payment Info
And You can find NONE here.
Please select NONE to delete your credit card numbe r from the list
But While registering you cant find NONE, you have to enter the cc number.

how can i fix my iphone i can't update or download apps, when i try it tells me toput my credit card info and i do but when i push done it tells me my payment has been declined, but why do i have to pay to update or download free apps. How can i fix this?

When logging on to my apps on my I phone 3 when I try to download an app an it sends me to my credit card info and it is all stored. And has been but now it keeps telling me my cvv# on back of my card is wrong! I of course know it is not wrong but it will not let me proceed! I recently added a itunes gift card to my account and now it wants me to reenter my credit card info and when i do it says credit card declined?
I think I had a similar problem the other day. I purchased an app with a cc that had been canceled by my bank with out me knowing it had been. Once I realized the cc was no longet active I added an itunes giftcard thinking that would allow me to purchase items. Well everytime I tried to ourchase somrthing with the new gift card it kept telling me that I had no funds. So someone in the apple store told me that until the app purchase with the old expired cc cleared on that cc then i would not be able to use any other form of payment. So I had to call my bank and asked them to reactivate my old cc for a couple seconds while I repurchased the app with my bank on the phone. Once that purchae cleared then it allowed me to use apple gift cards. Sorry for long answer but I think this might help you.

Choose Store > Sign In.
Enter your Apple ID and password and click Sign In.
Choose Store > View Account.

Note: You can find the payment methods that the iTunes Store accepts in the Payment Type section. If you don't want a payment method on your account, select None in the Payment Type section.

Did you follow the instructions on that page exactly e.g. you selected a free app in the store and clicked on 'create Apple id' when 'buying' it ?
