HT2589 Apple ID not recognised in App Store
My apple ID is registered to the UK. I can purchase books and music without any problem but I cannot upgrade any previously downloaded apps as I get a message saying my Apple ID is registered to the Emirati store. How can I resolve this. I have double checked and my account is definitely registered to the UK. I think this issue started when I did the IOS 6.0.1 upgrade.
Can you sign out of your device, then back in? Let me know if this changes anything.

I have a few apps installed on my mac book pro. Trouble is that some are not being recognised by App store hence it does not check if an update is available for them. One of them is disturbingly FaceTime. It is part of Lion OS and I have no idea why it shows up as a purchase in my mac app store. The others such as Garageband, iMovie and iPhoto are showing as installed though..

App Store usualy only shows updates for Apps that were bought/downloaded from the App Store.
The Facetime app in the App Store is only for OSX Snow Leopard but not for OSX Lion since it became a part of OSX with Lion.
Garageband, iMovie and iPhoto ar shown as installed in the App Store since they were part of the iLife suite that was preinstalled on your Mac when you bought it together with OSX Lion.

Apple id not accepted by app store but its working fine on apple website.
i have my apple which was working fine on my mac book pro. but now its not accepted by the app store its keeps on loading for hour but no result where as the same apple id is working fine on apple website.

Apple id not working in app store, works fine here and in itunes
on my imac running 10.6.8 I can get into itunes, but not into app store. When I go to PURCHASES, or UPDATES i get prompted to log in (I have masked my ID in the screen grab) My ID works fine here, this is the ID I registered my iMac with.
Oddly, when I select apps I'm currently running, they show as installed.
I have no interest in upgrading my OS to newer version(s)

Mavericks download not recognised by app store
I have downloaded Mavericks but the app store does recognise the download. It says "download" under the Mavericks icon
Do I need to reinstall? .. If so what is the best way?

If you don't need to re download again, then just ignore the Download button. -
Apple id not working on app store, but working on iTunes
Hey Guys,
I am having a hard time with the APP store on my macbook pro. I bought a DVD ripping app to use and when i try to open it i get a message that the app was purchased on another computer. i only have one computer, and i know that it was purchased on it lol. i can log into itunes no problem and even on here with my apple ID and password, and when i try to get on the app store to verify my information, or to check my account, it wont let me log in, and tells me my information doesnt match up. Anyone else have a similar problem before? its very frustrating! Any input would be appreciated

Move the Cache.db file from the com.apple.appstore folder to the Trash.
Restart your Mac, launch the App Store... see if you can re download the app.

Apple ID not working for App Store
Is anyone else getting a "FATAL::Unable to process your request. Please try again." This is happening on my iPhone, iPad, and iTunes on PC. I have downloaded thousands of apps over the years and never seen this problem before.
Thanks for any help you can giveI cannot sign into the Apple Store because does not recognize my id. Have reset twice and still tells me does not recognize my id. This just happened today.

New apple ID not connecting to App Store - account not verified?
I have had the same apple id for 5 or so years and no longer use that email so I've switched the apple ID to my new email. I have went onto my email and validated it and on my account it says it is verified. When I now try to login with my apple id on my phone it says "You have not verified your account" even though I have.... does this just take a while? or do I need to do something else?
I've figured out a solution.... I just disassociated the email with the account all together and then added it again and reverified it - and it worked...

I have tried to log in App Store with my Apple ID 3 times but never possible.
I have tried to change password 2 times.
It was successful.But soon after change of my password, I could not log in App store.
It says always incorrect user name or password. But I input correct ! Because just I successfully changed my password through secret question.

To post this question, I tried thierd time to change password, and before I tried to log in to App store, I logged in this community, and I could !
Then I could finally log in App store also.
But still I feel something is wrong with my connection.
Why the trace route does not show to the apple site ?This is a user to user forum. Apple is not here. Apple does not answer questions here.

HT5625 can not purchase from apps store. message states - Apple ID is disabled.
Can not purchase from Apps Store. Continue to get message stating that Apple ID is disabled after I select install. I have change my Itune account pass word and updated all information.
After resetting your password you might then need to log out of your account on your iPod by tapping on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store and then log back in so as to 'refresh' the account on it

Already purchase applications through apple ID is not showing in apps store purchase history of apps and If I try to download the same application in apps store its showing paid application in apps store with using same apple ID account.

I just purchased this movie on Thursday, May 15, so just a few days ago. I have never had any trouble whatsoever since I have been in Vietnam. I have downloaded several movies and even music and they have all synced to my respected Apple products except for this purchase.
