Even if you connect both devices at the same time, each device appears separately in iTunes, in the iTunes sidebar, under DEVICES. Select one device and set it up to sync as desired. Then, select the other device and set it up to sync as desired.
The same music does NOT go to both, unless that is how you set it up, because iTunes treats each device separately. So, you can set one up to automatically sync to your iTunes library. You can set up the other device for manual loading (dragging songs to the device in iTunes). Whatever you want, for each device...

I created a form for our band parents to fill out. How are they able to save the forms as pdfs and be able to go back and view them? I see the Save Submission-Enabled PDF on the Distribution page but there is no option when they go in to the first page of the form to save.

If you are distributing a PDF using the save submission enabled pdf option, then respondents can save it using the Adobe Reader. They save it just like any other file - File menu -> save (or save icon on toolbar).

Not only does this rule not work, but all emails are going into the new box I created and not to the inbox.

Hiya, Im thinking of buying my first ipod the Ipod Touch 32gb model. Will I be able to transfer the music I currently have stored in the form of CDs and already on my laptop onto the Ipod and if yes, how would I do this? I have heard from some friends that Apple and Itunes is notoriously limited in the types of formats that are accetable? I dont want to pay £249 on an Ipod only to find that Im locked into buying all my music from Itunes and I cant use the music that Ive already paid good money to buy from other sources. Many thanks JEM24 for your help. Ive just spent the best part of six hundred pounds on a new Sony Rx100m2 compact camera, so I have no interest in the Ipods camera at all really. I doubt Ill be watching many videos on it as Im very lucky in that I have a good Android tablet. Its more as a stock music player that Ill be buying the Ipod for, if indeed I do end up buying one. I dont like the idea of paying the exorbitant amount added for more memory space that Apple along with most other companies charge. In fact I read an article on this very subject just yesterday in the tech section of Flipboard. It stated in the article that in the case of the Iphone the actual cost of each additional gigabyte of storage to Apple et al is something in the order of 60p.. This is certainly not reflected in the price us the customer has to pay at the till.. Its for this reason primarily that Apple in particular, because their products do not allow adding expandable memory of your own in the form of cheap to buy cards, that nobody in their right mind buys the 64gig etc Iphones..I am aware that we are discussing my potential purchase of an Ipod Touch here but you see my point. I bought another computer about 2 yrs ago. I have not been adding any new music to it, but I can not find the music I have synced with my iPod. I hesitate hooking up my iPod to the computer. Could I lose mu music?

If you have signed into iTunes on the computer using a different Apple ID that was used to originally download the music, that's why it's not loading in iTunes.
On the computer with iTunes open go to the menu bar click Store > Sign In
Sign in with the Apple ID used for those purchases.

When I launched itunes on my new computer, I plugged my phone into it and turned on imatch. So now my library on my new computer is filled with music files. I am pretty sure that these files are not permanent and that they are only there because of icloud and imatch. I want the files to be permanent so I thought it would be best to use the method described above to transfer files with an external hard drive.
Should I erase all the music files on my new computer's itunes before I get started? My new computer is operating with Windows 8.

Great question. The current configuration you have can potentially be permanent as you want. You simply have to download all of the iTunes Match songs to the computer using the cloud download icon:

You can play songs directly from iCloud, or you can download songs so you can play them when you’re not connected to the Internet.
If a song is available in iCloud, it has a Download button next to it.

I am not crazy about those that have ringback tones on their phones. It is a good thing that no one I call has one any more.

No, there is not iTunes for Android. Actually, even if you had an iPad, there would be no way to sync an old iPod with it. You need a computer (either a Mac or Windows PC) running iTunes to sync an iPod mini.

Thanks for your response. I tried all that myself. In fact, last night, it all worked fine on all users. This morning, no Home Sharing would show up. It is really weird because some setting must have changed, but I did not knowingly changed anything, and now all the obvious fixes don't work. In fact, if I turn off Home Sharing and turn it back on, then it comes up only until I hit the "done" button on the set up page and then it goes away from the left hand column again. The ADVANCED drop down tab says it is on, but it is not there.
