HT2693 how to contact apple in regards to warranty without product serial?
I have to contact Apple to verify why Iphone 5 that was purchased in The U.S is not covered in Israel. I was told that the version A1428 is not the same as the one that is being sold in Israel and for this reason I can't get the phone inspected and repaired. I was told to send it to Apple U.S
The Serial number can be found in Settings->General->About->Serial on the device itself.
In any case, Apple's standing policy states that Devices purchased in a specific country can only be serviced in that particular country. If you bought it in the US, only a US apple store can service it.
Likewise an Israeli bought iPhone would only be able to be repaired or replaced by the carrier or Reseller that sold it in Israel and not in any other country.
You can try to contact Apple but its unlikely they can do anything to convince your Cell carrier, or local Apple Reseller to repair or replace the device that wasn't bought from them.

How to Contact Apple to Unlock My iPhone 4?

I have tried to contact Apple Premium Resellers where I am currently residing (in KSA) but couldn't get the support I need or have it fixed!
It might be that the shop where I bought it from have sold it to me locked (since I found out later that it have a Turbo Sim in it!!) and now that I have upgraded my OS to iOS 6, it is not working.
I have thrown that Turbo Sim and my phone is still locked and un-usable!

Account Hijacked - How to Contact Apple?

I've already changed my password and even my apple id, however I was wondering how to contact Apple in order to get the orders reversed? The person who hijacked my account obviously knew my password, but they also ordered about $150 in movies and songs which I don't even like. I've called my bank in order to reverse the transactions, but I was wondering if it were possible to contact Apple iTunes via Phone in order to solve this issue?

Warranty and support is only valid in the country of origin, or in the case of a device purchased in an EU country, only in an EU country.
Unless you will be visiting an Apple store in one of the EU countries before the warranty expires, you are pretty much out of luck.

I upgraded my Icloud storage yesterday by 10GB, but one day later realize I did not need to do so. The apple advice is to cancel within 15 days for a refund, but does not tell you how to do so. Anyone know how to contact apple for this purpose?

I placed an order on October 26 and Apples telephone sales people kept making mistakes and the computers were cancelled or shipment that came here was refused, as I was told to do so by the sales people.

If you ordered the machine with 4gb of ram direct from Apple, then they did you a favour by messing up the order.
You will save much more money by ordering the machine with 2gb of ram and then purchasing ram elsewhere. For example - www.Crucial.com - compare the prices of the ram from them and then from Apple. The ram supplied by Crucial is made by Micron who also supply Apple with the same ram, so you could spend less and get exactly the same chips.

PS - the Crucial ram warranty is lifetime as opposed to Apple supplied ram which is only warranted as long as the computer is.

How to contact Apple Care since the recall?
Just my luck that I need Apple Care today of all days. You can't get through via telephone all you get is the message to call back. Need to see if I can get a new key board as the current is about half blank. Can't even get through on the support page trying to check my Apple Care status. With the battery recall every Apple website or telephone is jammed. Is there any way to contact Apple Care other than the telephone? Or do we just have to wait until next week when things calm down?
At this point I can't even find out when my Apple Care expires and I know it's getting close to the end of the 3 years.

The Mac Genius there can get a replacement keyboard for you. In addition, you can put your serial number in the field under "About Your Support Coverage" on the main Apple.com/Support Web page. This will tell you how much longer you have on your AppleCare Protection Plan. It seems to be working right now for me.

I wanted to notify Apple of the problem that bluetooth audio output in Garage Band does not work. (Yes I am aware of the latency, however, this would still appear to be a bug in Garage Band if a user has explicitly set audio output to bluetooth. Not all applications fo Garage Band require zero latency.)
