HT2693 I have been playing Pirates Of The Carrabean and almost finished all quests, when suddenly it disappeared? And when i try to download it again, i have to pay for it again?? Not paying again but anyone have any ideas please?

Untill the movie studios agree to allow past downloads of movies outside of the US, you aill always have to have a copy of purchased movies on your computer. If not, you will have to buy them again if you delete them.

Further, if you are not in your home cellular carrier's area, you need to set Settings > General > Cellular > Data Roaming = "On".

First post I have just updated iPad to latest iOS and now I can't sync my music in iTunes form Mac which is running latest version it starts but stops straight away and gives no info I've tried with wifi off and on turned everything off and back on but nothing as any one got any idea please ?

After recent software upgrade. When I double click home button and pages miniaturist,I now get circular icons of contacts above Messages page. I never used to get this and would like to remove them. Any ideas please ? Thank you in advance

Got a new 4S today. It has no sound at all. not a whisper. there is with headphones but none without. its as if the speaker is not working. ive tried everything can think of, reset, fiddle with sound settings etc, checked ive got sound on and volume up. any ideas?
Check the mute switch. It is located just above the volume controls. If it is displaying orange, it is on, flip it in the other direction to turn it off.

I have downloaded what's app but the icon is not on my iphone i have to search for the app everytime i want to use it has anyone got any ideas please???
This makes no sense... if it's not on the phone, it's not on the phone. A search of the device would never find it.
Is the issue possible that the app is simply on another home screen or in a folder? Have you possibly filled the 11 page max of home screens? -

By "hard reset" you mean hold down the Home and power buttons until the iOS device restarts, correct?

i have an ipod touch 5th gen and when connected to itunes i get a message saying itunes was unable to load data class information from sync services. reconnect or try again later. anyone got any ideas? i've tried most things on most forums but still no joy

I'm sorry, I do not fully understand your question. However if you are looking for the email address which you have used for your iTunes account, you can find this out by using the "get info" command on any items you have previously purchased from iTunes and navigating to the summary tab.
