You'll need to put it in dfu recovery mode, then do a restore. That will set it back to it's "out of the box" condition, without a password, then you can sync with iTunes...Here is an article that describes the process...

I have tried the AcornTV player on Safari, Chrome and Firefox, nothing works. I use Time Warner High Speed internet at home, and they claim the problem is on Acorn's end, which Acorn denies. The biggest frustration is that I CAN stream Acorn videos on my office iMac desktop, using the same OS and same version of Firefox (we have our own server at work, though).

I'm watching it right now on Firexfox, but it's on a Dell, not a Mac. Have you tired watching it on a Chrome or IE browser instead of Firefox? And does it work on those browsers?
You should continue to follow up with Acorn TV - email [email protected] and you will get help, from the CTO, if necessary. Also, they now have a diagnostic page built that can analyze your computer and it will give them more information about your system. So, if you haven't tried in two months, it might be worth trying again.

I think the problem is that the iPod got set to Manually manage music and videos. It needs to be set up for automatic syncing again. Just unchecking that Manually manage music and videos setting does not do it.
In iTunes 12, select the iPod in iTunes (using the device button), so that you see the iPod's "management" screen. In the sidebar (along left side of screen), there are two headings (Settings and On My Device). Under Settings, click on Music. To the right, you see the iPod's Music screen, where you tell iTunes how to sync songs to the iPod.
Check the box at the top for Sync Music. That turns ON automatic syncing for music. Below that, choose the option to sync Entire music library (assuming your music library fits completely on your iPod). Otherwise, you can choose the option to sync Selected playlists, artists, albums, and genres and make your selections below. Then click Apply.

I had same problem. I removed the back cover, and warmed wi-fi module by hairdryer of my wife). five days wi-fi works great. I do not know what will happen next.

What do you mean by "HD to VGA adapter converter"?
Do you mean have an HDMI to VGA adapter connected the the Mini's HDMI port?
Or maybe you plugged n the the included HDMI to DVI adapter and then connected a DVI to DVI adapter?
In either case that will not work since VGA is analog and the Mini's HDMI port is digital only.
You need to purchase a mini displayport to VGA adapter. It plugs into the Mini's Thunderbolt port.

I've been having this problem too, but here's the catch: originally it was only with my dad, and only sometimes. Now it's dad and husband, every time! Pix go through, via imessage, to everyone else, and they go through to dad/husband if I "send as text" after it fails.
And the other annoying thing- the blue bar will run all the way, and it will say "delivered". So I close out of imessage. When I reopen it again, the "delivered" has changed to "not delivered" with the red exclamation point. Remove the app from your device and reinstall it. Remember that deleting an app also deletes its data.
Delete the app.
Press the Home button.
Go to the App Store and download the app again.

All the apps that I have downloaded are "waiting" and whenever I try to sync apps on my computer with my phone, the apps section is greyed out and won't allow me to do anything. I have tried restoring to factory settings but it didn't work.

I have a feeling it may have something to with the restrictions settings on my phone restrictions are on) but it won't allow me to change the restrictions without putting in a passcode. yep, unfortunately can't reset without the passcode either.
With regards to doing a restore, do you mean:
open itunes on my computer
click on my device on the left
go to the device summary
click restore
it then asks if i want to back up before i restore (to which i say no)
then it asks me if i'm sure I want to restore to factory settings and that all of me media and data will be erased and replaced with the newest version ( to which I say yes)
then it takes about 90 mins to do this but when I look at my phone, everything is exactly the same.
Am I missing something? Obviously I'm technologically challenged, but I HAVE to get to the bottom of this!

I recently bought a second-hand ipod classic. When connecting to itunes the message reads that the ipod is corrupt and needs to be restored to factory settings. However, this does not solve the issue and I get the message saying unable to restore, unknown error 1439. No matter what i have tried through apple support i get the same result. My computer runs Windows XP but I have also tried on my laptop which operates Vista and still no joy. Anyone able to solve this one?

Normally unknown error is due to timeout, cause by
connected to slow USB port at the front of the PC, or using USB Hubs - Better connect to the USB HUb at the back of the PC. (Some Laptop, has only one High Power -USB2.0 port
USB resource low, due to sharing of other USB devices - Disconnect all other USB devices when Restoring.
Winsocks conflict with iTunes - Disconnect Internet and Stop firewall and Antivirus, emails apps.
