HT2702 how to connect a phone to bluetooth

I am trying to connect my phone to my mac. It says that it is paired, but it is not connected. What is the difference, and how do i fix that?

For what purpose are you trying to connect them?
The only supported Bluetooth function between a Mac and iPhone is internet tethering.

    On your Mac (FaceTime Preferences):
Your AppleIDs for both need to be identical, and both using the same WiFi network.

    Stop being so impatient.
We are all users like yourself, Apple does not read or respond here.
Plug the device into the computer and it should automatically be detected.
iTunes can be downloaded by clicking on the iTunes link at the top of these forums.

how to connect iPod Classic to bluetooth dongle?

You would need to make sure the dongle supports the same Bluetooth profiles that are supported by your car's stereo system which is commonly the A2DP profile.  So first figure out what profiles are supported by the car's stereo system.

  • How to connect android phone via usb using mavericks?

I am fairly new to Macs and want to transfer music files from my PowerBook to my LG Android phone via a USB connection.  Any suggestions on how to accomplish this?  Thanks in advance for any help.

I do not have the equipment to try this setup first hand, however, it could be possible to set this up. It appears that the phone and Operating System has the means to print pre-installed. You will need a proper OTG cable also.
Ensure that under Settings> Printing that the HP Plug in is installed and turn on. If you do not have it, it can be found in the PlayStore. HP Print Service Plugin<---
After that, simply connecting the cable to both phone and printer should allow you the means of printing.

  • Import hangs while computer is connected to phone w bluetooth.

LR4.3 times out on the import-screen when my phone is connected over bluetooth. I've had some problems with the import and searched the net, found several that've coupled the import-problem to connected phone.
I disconnected the bt-interface and now the import works as fast as it did previously.
Anyone have a fix for this?
    Is it a known bug?
    I'm running windows 7 and LR 4.3.
    Thanks!

    Hello, Shandey.
Thank you for visiting Apple Support Communities.
With the symptoms you described, try the step in the article below.  See the section labeled Verify that the Apple Mobile Device USB Driver is installed > If the device is not recognized while in Recovery Mode and If you see two "Apple Mobile Device (Recovery Mode)" entries with exclamation marks on them.  Then select the appropriate operating system that you are using.
