Once I have watched a Tv show on my Pc that I paid for in itunes can I watch it again. It does not show up in itunes again??
If you purchased it, then you can watch it all you want.
If you rented it, then no.

StuHave you tried a reset ? Press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds after which the Apple logo should hopefully appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.

When I turn on the iphone 5s after it being off it will load then show me the lock screen for a second if that and then go right to sleep mode right away as soon as the lock screen comes on

I purchased a movie yesterday and started the download. The download seemed to hang up at about 90%. Finally, it showed that it was ready to watch, but the movie will not play. Download is apparently corrupt. How do I get a working version?
Depending upon what country that you are in (films can't be re-downloaded in all countries) then try deleting the film from your iPad and redownload it via the Purchased tab in the iTunes store app (or the Purchased link under Quick Links on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page on your computer's iTunes).
If you aren't in a country where you can re-download films, or if you have problems with the re-downloaded version, then try the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that film and use the 'Report a Problem' link and fill in details about the problem (iTunes support should reply within, I think, about 24 hours).
If the 'report a problem' link doesn't work (it's been taking some people to this site on a browser instead of showing a form in iTunes) then you can try contacting iTunes support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/- click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page. -
First night I was able to watch 2 TV shows (45 min each) with no problems, but thereafter programs will not stream without constant pause to buffer. Weather conditions are ideal and my internet comes from crappy hugesnet, but worked fine the first night.
The speed may have been ok at that time and is too inconsistent/too slow overall. interference may have proven to be more of an issue since as well. If using public DNS that will provide Intermittant results
I'm sure using a hotspot would be fine but it depends on your viewing habits. An HD movie is around 4-5GB. It would also be subject to speed. requirements so best to test to see how it compares.
You would have to check with your Carrier if hotspot it's enabled then just to into your settings and toggle it ON -

my ipad mini is keep on crashing. reboot many times. after the apple logo shows up, the screen will turn into black again.

Final Cut Pro will not update after new os and compressor will not run until the update is done. System shows no updates available
Sorry for being unclear.
When I am using the update in the App Store App, there will be a list of various applications that have updates to be installed (Final Cut Pro will be in this list). I will already be logged in with the Apple ID I use for everything (my dev account). I will be able to update all of the other various applications needing updating except for my Final Cut Pro. When I click the update button next to the FCP update, it will give me an error saying "This download is not available for this apple ID either because it was bought by a different user or the item was refunded or cancelled"
I have not had any applications refunded or cancelled and this has only happened since my update to Yosemite. FCP was working fine until the upgrade. Is there anything that can be done to fix this? -

I bought an airport express after being assured that I will be able to AirPrint from my IPad. I have set up airport utility on my Hp laptop and configured it properly with the express. But still I'm not able to detect the printer attached to the USB port of airport express, neither on my laptop nor on my IPad. Can someone tell me if and how it can be done?
Who assured you that an AirPort Express would allow you to use AirPrint from an iPad. They were incorrect.
AirPrint from iPads and other iOS devices is only supported on a select few wireless network printers that expressly advertise that feature. An AirPort Express will not add that feature to a printer that does not support AirPrint. Also, for printers that do support AirPrint a wireless access point is not required since the printer needs to support wireless networks connections internally.
The HP laptop should however be able to print to the printer connected to the AirPort Express. Try also installing the Bonjour Print Services for Windows. It will make printer discovery a lot easier when using Bonjour enable devices like an AirPort Express. -
My rented movies don't show up after watching (within the 24 hour window) them in Apple TV
I have updated my Apple TV. Since then I'm unable to retrieve rented movies after watch parts of them in the 24 hour viewing window. Anyone have any ideas?
Welcome to the Apple community.
A number of people have reported similar issues recently, many appear to have found a discrepancy of some kind in their account settings and making changes to these settings or simply resetting them has resolved the matter.
Check your account details are correct, check that you are using the correct details for Location, Region and Time Zone. You may want to change these settings and then change them back to see if that helps.
Also check your payment details, make sure your details are exactly how they appear on your credit card statement, you might also try changing some of those details, saving them and changing them back again.
You might also try logging out of and then back into your iTunes account (Settings > iTunes Store > Apple ID’s > Sign Out) and restarting your router. (Some have reported that after doing this, they need to check for rentals even though it may report that there aren’t any, after which rentals once again appear in the ‘movies’ feature)
Rentals should appear under their own heading in the ‘Movies’ feature, you might also check at Settings > iTunes Store > Check For Rentals.
At this point in time, I’m wondering if this could be related to (but not restricted to) the new feature that allows others to come into your home and use your Apple TV to download and play their content on your Apple TV without logging into their account on your Apple TV. The Terms of Use for iTunes Store content have always been to require you to only purchase and play the content from the store in the location where you live and to use a credit card registered in that location. Previously Apple seem to have been somewhat lenient on enforcing such restrictions, perhaps now they are not. However I don’t really have any evidence to support this suggestion, except that changes made to accounts in these areas do appear to be helping many.
If you are successful in resolving your problem, perhaps you would let us know exactly which action resolved the problem for you. If you are having this problem to begin with, can you also tell us your location. -
Yeah. Like the question states. I use to be able to watch my TV Shows and Movies in HD, but now it ain't working and I blame Maverick!!! UGH! LOL But anything helpful to suggest? That'd be awesome.
I apologize for the confusion. This was literally the only option on Apple's "Contact Us" section that I was able to access. I assumed that Apple's clear intent to have me go here instead of speaking with someone in live time, and the fact this is on the Apple website, meant I could get some advice... Both over the phone and online they require information I need to see my screen to provide so those are not options. I tried to bypass this when calling through Skype. Some lady who didn't know what was going on, who I waited a good while to speak with, put me on hold; I gave up after 30minutes of waiting to speak to somebody again.
I've stumbled upon a few tricks to help me get through this problem, but I'm at a loss. I need this phone to work until late December. I need more tricks. So yes, it's worth understanding. Knowing what is going on will let me Google it and work with it, if nobody here is willing to help...
And yes, it IS a glitchy phone. It has been a glitchy phone for a long time. Long before this. But completely unrelated issues. I was assuming this wasn't just a glitch but something maybe somebody could help me understand. -
Yesterday my internet went down . I thought OK I will watch a couple shows while I wait. When I brought up my apple TV it failled to start the show. The message came up that the PC needed to be authorized. Well no internet no authorization and NO TV SHOW. I was ******. Is there a way around this ? Is this normal behavior ?
Once the internet provider restored service everything worked as normal.internet connection is not required to watch movie rentals. but you should be sure that the movie rental was fully downloaded. I suggest it would be better to rent on a computer, download on a computer and after this you can transfer the rental to iPad mini. For transferring movie rentals internet connect is required.
