The pad can play a lot of streaming material, but it depends on the format of the material. If the broadcast is encoded via flas, the pad cannot play it. You might talk to whoever produces the broadcast and ask them if they are planning to change to a newer system.

If there are problems with updating then best is to download the full version and uninstall the currently installed version.

What is preventing you from closing Internet Explorer?
Here are a few ways to close it...
- If you look at the window for Internet Explorer there is a small X in the upper right corner... clicking that will close Internet Explorer.
- If you right click the blue border area at the top and select Close, that will close Internet Explorer.
- If you choose File -> Exit from the top menubar, that will close Internet Explorer

In the next window that opens up make sure that all the boxes are enabled by clicking on the corresponding triangles so that they are pointed down.
This will show the “hidden” boxes especially the *Video-Quicktime Movie* box. This box will enable you to play movie trailers within your browser.

Make sure you have installed the latest versions of Flip4Mac, VLC Media Player, Perian and Adobe Flash Player.

Why can I not watch videos on the apple site on my MacBookPro?

Every time I try to view a video on the apple website (tutorials, adverts etc) I get an error message saying:
DivX Plus Web Player
The file you are trying to play failed to finish downloading and can no longer play.
