Do you mean so that it shows in the 'manage devices' section of your account ? If you do then using iTunes Match, automatic downloads, or redownloading past purchases should do it : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4627

There's no need to add an email to the Apple ID, simply set up the Apple ID on all the devices you would like to use it on.

Only computers use authorisations, mobile devices are classified as associated devices. Authorised computers also count as associated devices, you can have up to 10 associated devices. -
