Try:
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode
How to put iPod touch / iPhone into DFU mode « Karthik's scribblings
- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try another cable
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

The missing apps could have been done by setting the Restrictions that can hid those apps. If the backup was made with those retrictions set the the Restrictions are also restored.
Thus, if you get it to work restore to factory settings/new iPod, not from backup
You can redownload most iTunes purchases by:
Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store

I have change my Apple id and now my phone cant sign into i cloud. I dont have the old pas word to delete the old account. It will not stop asking for the icloud id.
ALL purchases are permanently associated with whatever Apple ID was used to originally obtain them. Apps can not be updated without knowledge of that ID and, more importantly, its password. Apple IDs can not be merged and purchases can not be transferred from one ID to another.

Did you purchase Apple Care? If you did, you still have access to Apple Support. If not, go to your Apple Store and let them help you get it set up correctly. I'm sure it's something simple we're missing. Good Luck.

You can't. The only way to get songs in the Music app is to sync from a computer or to download from iTunes.

i would just like to know why when i bought a 69p app that it seems apple have taken 1.58 out of my bank account, the ipod has updated since i have had it but i was led to believe all the other free apps i downloaded were free, also that wifi was free so i cant see where the charge has come from, any advise would be very welcome, im a noob to apple merchandise.

How can I do a backup now if I can't even access this new device to update its iOS version? And if I just select the option of configuring it as a new Ipod so I can update it, will it still be possible for me to download the previous device's backup on it later? I'd hate to lose everything.
That error message means that your new iPod is not fully updated. Update the new iPod and then restore from the backup of your old iPod.

Should I Create Another Apple Account For Game Center?
I have heard of issues where a person is doing software development work and they end up in a Game Center Sandbox instead of the real Game Center.
I am doing iOS software development work for both iPhone and iPad. In order to proactively avoid issues where my development world clashes with me as an end user, should I create another apple account and if so how?

You can continue to use all the apps on your phone, but if not physically located in the US anymore, you won't be able to purchase from the US store. -
i have apps to be updated but when i try to update them a message pops out saying "You have updates for other accounts, please sigh in with the other id". Can some one help me how can i still update the same with the new apple id ive created. As i dont have the access to the earlier id anymore.
You cannot. The apps are assigned to that Apple ID and there is nothing you can do to change that. You could choose to download them again with the new Apple ID, any paid apps will need to be purchased again.

I click on forgot the answers , they send me check your email , I check my email and they send me the password that I have already entered not the answers of the questions ! Got a new mac today, I created my iCloud account (and therfore my Apple ID?) I tried to set up my iTunes and download updates, and it says i need to review my account, then I had to edit my Apple ID details, but said my email address was invalid???
From the information that you have provided, it sounds like your Apple ID has been disabled. You can read this to see how you can troubleshoot that issue.

You can try signing out of your ID on the iPad and sign in with his ID and see if that works.
Settings>iTunes and App Stores>Apple ID. Tap your ID and sign out. Then sign in with your husband's newly created ID. -
