Trying to redeem an iTunes card and set up an apple ID in the App Store and it will not work unless I add a cc which I do not have. What do i need to do
If you don't want to give credit card details then there are instructions on this page for creating a new account (the instructions won't work on existing accounts) without giving card details : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2534 - if you don't use those instructions when creating an account then card details will need to be given before the account can be used in the store

Have you tried the following troubleshooting document?
iTunes for Windows: iTunes cannot contact the iPhone, iPad, or iPod software update server
If you end up using the If the iTunes Store opens successfully section of the document, and the "Automatically detect settings" checkbox is already checked, try unchecking and rechecking it and clicking OK. -
How do i use my itune card i bought to pay a pass due amount. It wont let me. Keeps the balance of my card but keeps trying to bill a credit card i cancel for the past due amount!! and i cant delete my credit card. Apple is such a pain. How do i do this??? im thinkin of going to the kindle fire.

Yes you can contact Apple UK at daytime, for free, in the Chat.
Just go to the iPad page, then press buy now in the upper right corner, and then in the upper right corner you will see the phone number, and next to it,(only at daytime) you will see a button, writing something like contact else, I don't really know what is the exact label, but it works.

You could try updating your apple TV and then restarting it. Bit of a guess.

Try:
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode
How to put iPod touch / iPhone into DFU mode « Karthik's scribblings
- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try another cable
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

I've tried to update my ipad 2 with IOs 6 but it was not possible. An error message always appear after some time during e download. Is there an solution?
Are you trying to update via wifi or connected to your computer?

As already stated, I have recently purchased a MacBook Pro with Retina display. It will arrive in 4-5 weeks so I don't assume it will arrive in less than 30 days. I would like to know wheather I will still be entitled to a free softwere update to the Mountain Lion. The laptop will ofcourse be completely new and recently purchased, so it would be very disappointing if I am not entitled to this update. Please let me know if you know anything about this or have any assuptions. Thank you
You can call apple if you need reassurance, but they will not turn you down on the free upgrade just because you have not received your computer by day 30.

Thanks for getting back to me:Mac os 10.8.2.The error code is 109. "check your network or destination disk." Network connection is flawless. Destination disk is brand new imac.I have not tried to download from anything but safari which has worked perfectly for all downloads in the past.Any ideas?Thanks

Bought the Iphone 6 2 days ago. My mac pro finds the phone on bluetooth but phone will not discover ANY bluetooth divices. Have hard reset the phone and restarted as well. nothing. Any suggestions or issues. This is the first apple phone I have owned. Am not very happy that Bluetooth would present a problem.
I can't help with the other devices but note that an iPhone will not pair via Bluetooth to a computer (Mac or Windows) except for personal hotspot and then only if your cellular plan supports it. https://discussions.apple.com/docs/DOC-7722
If you are attempting to use Handoff/Continuity, that does involve Bluetooth but the devices are NOT paired; Bluetooth just needs to be on and the devices in range of each other. The following may help with Handoff/Continuity issues: http://support.apple.com/kb/TS5458 -
