HT2731 While making my Apple ID,I got to the billing information system.I enetered my information but when I clicked on "create Apple ID" an error message popped up saying: Please contact iTunes support to complete this transaction.
PLease help.I got my iPhone 5 today and I am trying to set it up.I live in Saudi Arabia but I have an American billing address.I am using an online Internet card.
Have you considered doing exactly what it told you to do?
Contact itunes supprt.
You cannot use the U.S itunes store if you are not physically located inside the U.S The same is true of all countries itunes store.

wow wrote that in the wrong place. First time using this forum thing. Question is still the same. I don't think I'm looking in the right place. It says, "Please contact iTunes support to complete this transaction". The reason it came up is because I added a credit card to my account. Do I have to just reset my password completely and all my security info and re-enter it?

iPhone 4, iOS 5.1.1You will need to do what it says, contact iTunes support. Click the Support tab above, then the Get Started link in the Contact Apple Support area and you'll be guided. We are all just fellow users here and so have no idea about the cause of the issue nor any ability to resolve it for you.
