HT2736 how do I report a problem with gift card delivery?

A gift certificate that should have been emailed was never received. in iTunes purchase history, there is a link to 'Report a Problem,' but this goes to the generic support page and i cannot find anywhere to report delivery problem. Please help.

Ask the recipient to check Mail rules and filtering, the verification mail may be going to a junk folder or even being deleted altogether.
Also see if you are able to resend the email by following these steps.
If the problem persists, select the content which is causing a problem and use the 'Report a problem' button in Your Purchase History using your computer. You need to report the specific item.

The only guidance it offers is to check the network connection. Nothing wrong there.     I have some unauthorized charges and when I click on "report a problem" on the bottom of the purchase history, it renews the page with "report a problem" next too all the purchases. When I click on one of those, it just takes me right back to the iTunes home page. Does anyone know how to do this please?

  • Problems with Gift Card and Credit Card

    I've read a lot of post, looked at videos on it and none of these have helped me with my problem. My Itunes won't allow me to remove my credit card and just recently what remained on my gift card balance. In fact I logged out and logged back in and now that money is gone when I still had money on it. The reason I reset my account was one, it was suggested but the original problem was because despite having money on said account it kept going back to the credit card to charge the payment to.
    Please help. I've done the whole account and tried to remove the credit card. It won't let me. I've tried resetting which put me in my current situation. And I'd really like to know how to remove a credit card. That would be really helpful too.

    On your Mac's iTunes you should be able to edit your payment info by going into the Store > View Account menu option and logging into your account, and on your account's details page there should be a payment link.

    For no longer having a balance on your account, check your account's purchase history (which you can do via the Store > View Account menu option) : See your purchase history in the iTunes Store - Apple Support

  • Problems with gift card

    I got 2 gift cards for Christmas. I entered the code for one and after 20 minutes got it to finally accept it. Tried to enter the 2nd and got time out errors. It finally accepted the code but said it was already used! So now I have half of the credits in my account.
    What do I do? Do I send an email to customer service?

    i closed itunes, reopened, and was able to redeem my gift card, but it took several attempts. its a problem with itunes auth, and when its fixed (shouldnt take long for them to realize the problem and fix it) check your account, see if it has been redeemed or not, and if not, try redeeming again. if the redemption process fails because it says the card has already been activated, then email itunes support. but it most likely will not credit the account until you see it posted next to your login email address in the itunes store. so basically, all else fails wait a day and try again, then email support, if needed.

    i made an account way back and i just now got a gift card forgot about making my old account so i went and made a new one using the same info and email as the old one and put my card on it and made it. it then went into the spill about go to your email and opean up your new account so i did but never recived a message from itunes so i tried sighning in and it didnt work tried a different password i sometimes use and it worked because it was my old account and it didnt have anymoney at all and when i tried the code it read all ready used.

    How about retyping that entire message with punctuation and capital letters.
    I ran out of breath reading it.

  • Problem with gift card

    I checked the value of a gift card and it asked me to redeem.  I did so, and now show $10 credit to my acct.  But when I go to purchase a $9.99 album, it goes directly to my CC info, and the "Redeem gift card" section at checkout says my card has already been used.

    Contact the iTunes Store through the form at the bottom of the Gift Card FAQ web page and explain the problem to them. They should be able to help you.

    If you have tried all the troubleshooting steps in the article that you came from, then the only option is to Contact Apple for further assistance. Check the section in the article for contacting Apple and make sure have everything in hand just in case you need to send over the card for verification.

    What type of problem ? If you've been over-charged then you can contact iTunes support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
    If the item doesn't work, then depending upon the item type (app, ibook, music etc) then you might be able to re-download it via the Purchased tab in the App Store or iTunes store app : re-downloading . Music, films and tv shows can't be re-downloaded in all countries. If it's an app then you should also try contacting the app's developer before using the 'report a problem'
    If you aren't in a country where you can re-download the item or if it re-downloads in the same state then try the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via Store > View My Account (Store > View My Apple ID on iTunes 11) and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that item and use the 'Report a Problem' link and fill in details about the problem (iTunes support should reply within, I think, about 24 hours).

    We are fellow users here on these user-to-user forums, you're not talking to iTunes Support nor Apple.
    Have you tried closing all apps via the iPad's multitasking bar and then doing a soft-reset and seeing that helps ? To close all apps :
    iOS 7: double-click the home button to open the taskbar, and then swipe or drag each app's screen from there up and off the top of the screen to close it, and click the home button to close the taskbar.
    iOS 6 and below : from the home screen (i.e. not with any app 'open' on-screen) double-click the home button to bring up the taskbar, then press and hold any of the apps on the taskbar for a couple of seconds or so until they start shaking, then press the '-' in the top left of each app to close it, and touch any part of the screen above the taskbar so as to stop the shaking and close the taskbar.
    Soft-reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.

    Personally, I would never use a debit card online, for security reasons.  If your card gets hacked its your money that is stolen.  At least with a credit card it is the card providers money that is stolen.
    Anyway,  I would delete the app and re-install.  If you paid for the app in the first place you will be able to re-install free of charge.  Also, the app should allow the in-app purchase to happen again as it should recognise that you have already purchased it previously.
    Finally, it might be that the 3G doesnt have as much ram as more recent models of iphone and you may have applications running in the background that are preventing the app to function with the in-app purchase unless you shut down any apps eating all you memory that are running in the background.  Shut-down these apps (and the simpson tap out app) by exiting to your home screen and double-tapping the home button to show what apps are running in the background.  press and hold any of the open apps until it starts shaking.  close all the apps down.  exit then re-launch the app.

    Sounds like it's a problem with the Acrobat settings. Did you set them to the same resolution?
