I can think of a couple of reasons for this behavior.
You inadvertently turned off the sharing for the files.
The link that the user is clicking on is incomplete; perhaps it got broken across lines in an email message. Are you sending Anonymous Links or Personalized Invitations? If the former, are you certain that you copied the entire link?
Some things to try.
Have the user send the link back to you so that you can test it. Does it work for you?
If you look at your Sent Files list, is the name in the Sent To column struck through (e.g., John Smith)? That would indicate that it has been unshared.
If you could get back to me with answers, perhaps we can get to the bottom of this.

It will be sent to her email. She can click the link and usually it will autoredeem it.

That means it should have used your iTunes card credit = store Credit.

There is no such thing as an unlock code for an iPhone. It's done by restoring the phone using iTunes

To add to sig's reply, "calibrating" does not calibrate Lithiu-Ion batteries, it calibrates the charge reporting circuitry. If the phone has ever gotten wet it may be damaged. It may also have dirt or a bent pin in the dock connector or the earphone jack. Try cleaning the dock connector and inspecting it with a magnifying glass. Try inserting and removing the earphone plug several times. If you have restored it and that did not fix the problem damage is the most likely cause.

It should be added either to your iTunes account, or possibly to your credit card if the purchase was made on with it.
How long ago did you get the email ? It may take 48 hours for it to appear - if it's been longer than that and you can't see it on your iTunes balance (and you've tried logging out and back into the account to see if the balance updates) nor on your credit card then try contacting Support again, and include your case number if you have one.

Isn't Outlook simply an email client or a software application on a computer? You can add an email account - whatever email provider that you use - right on the iPad. You can sync your Outlook contacts and calendar if that is what you are asking about, but Outlook itself has nothing to do with the iPad.

I assume that you are referring to iTunes Radio, in which case I don't think that subscribing to iTunes Match will affect the number of skips with it - this page only mentions about removing adverts with Match : http://support.apple.com/kb/TS5181

Not sure will check tomorrow. I think the attachment was sent via pages or word. It also depends which device I send it from depending on if it can be printed. Sent a copy to my work computer (windows vista) and it opened and printed no problem
