I purchased a gift last night on the iTunes store and this morning when we tried to redeem the code for one of our gift recipients, the iTunes store informed us that the gift was already redeemed! Please have someone contact us to reconcile this problem!

$10 Spotify Redeem Code Not Working

As the title says, I've purchased a $10 code from Best Buy for one month of Spotify premium. After having entered the code numerous times, double (triple, quadruple having someone else enter it) checking the code for any errors inputting the code, it still hasn't worked. When I returned to the store to ask for a refund, they told me I couldn't and that I need to contact the Spotify customer support. I am very upset. There doesn't even seem to be an email or phone number to call on the website in order to receive help besides this forum. I am requesting help. Please respond. Hi, Yesterday, I recently bought two $60 gift cards for Spotify at Best Buy for my birthday. The gift cards were activated and the barcodes as well as serial #s were scanned. I tried redeeming both and both said they were invalid. Earlier this evening I went there again to try another pair, same issue occured with these cards as well. Contacted customer service emailing them the photos of the back of the gift cards and they never responded back. I got a refund on the cards since they didn't work and this is the very first time I ever have experienced this problem. Is this problem currently being investigated and will it be resolved soon? Thanks.

Student CS6 redeem code not working...

I am a student and I got the CS6 web and design edition (very excited) I did the hooplah with getting my product number certified and me as a student is all gravy, but I am trying to get things finished, I have my redeem code and when i try to submit under the "Get Serial" link, to get the serial and a download, It says that it hasn' been activated and that i need to contact the store i bought it from (my school) But... i don't understand why its not working...

App store, safari, itunes store, and icloud not working osx 10.8

Hey,
I have a retina macbook pro 13" that i bought in january. It has been running perfectly fine until a few days ago the itunes store wouldnt load at all, no matter how long i let it load, only the 'Itunes Store" splashback page showed. I then also realised that the App store had similar problems, only it wasnt loading and returning an 'insecure connection' message. After searching a few forums and trying to solve the issues, it led me to test safari, which is also not working. The loading bar stops about an 8th of the way and doesnt load any further. Also imessages are no longer being pushed from my phone to my computer. This is not an issue with my internet or router, all other internet browsers work perfectly, and the problem persists when i disconnect from my home network and connect to a personal hotspot from my phone. There seems to be quite a bit of talk about this problem, but very little on a solution. i was hoping someone could help me maybe come up with a solution before i restore my macbook or take a trip to the apple store.

ITunes Store Preview history not working on Windows 8

i'm using a windows 8 pro computer, from the first release of itunes 11 unitl the 11.0.2 version, my itunes store preview history is not showing up...i tap the box and is all white...on my idevice it's working just fine...
what can i do to solve this?

Copy QTMovieWin.dll from: C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Apple\Apple Application Support
to: C:\Program Files (x86)\iTunes

Mountain Lion redeem code not working

Hi. I recently bought a Macbook Pro and it was 10.7.4. I got a redeem code for Mountain Lion and used it to download. In the downloading process, I accidently shutdown my Macbook. When I tried re-downloading again, a message pops up and says that the code can only be used once. Help?

I do have the correct code(Apparently.), but Apple said this code has already been used. Please help. I typed it when I was signing up my account for the App Store in the Redeem section and then typed it again in the Redeem under Quick Links. Yet, I check my purchases and it is not there.

ITunes store arrow links not working

For some reason everything about my iTunes works except the arrow links next to each song in my library. I can use the iTunes store normally otherwise. I can even use files I have purchased off the store normally, but when I click on one of the link arrows a popup comes up saying "We could not complete your iTunes Store request. The network connection was lost. There was an error in the iTunes Store. Please try again later." This just started tonight. I can't think of anything I did which would have caused this. It was working before and all the sudden it isn't anymore. Anyone know how to fix this?

Itunes Store and Help not working + Ipod not backing up

Its been like this for about a month or two...
I click on itunes store and it opens but gets halfway and never loads any further. Ive tried everything you can imagine. Proxy servers, uninstall and install, etc.
PLUS!
My ipod touch isnt backing up. It too also gets half way then stops. Then when i try to sync it it does everything but backs up then at the end says "Itunes could not back up the ipod because a session could not be started with the ipod"
so i went in and deleted all my backups till the most recent one, tried again and no luck.
PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME!! :'(

It will take a couple of days for the artwork to show up. However in you case the URL to your artwork or the filename may be wrong.
You have a URL of http://www.hopecbc.org/imagefiles/podcast.png listed. I get a 404 error when I try to pull it up in a web browser. Same thing with the URLs to your MP3 files.
Looking at your website and checking the resources page that lists the sermons for downloads the URL's look to actually have upper and lowercase letters in them, while the urls in your XML do not. Your server is case sensitive, so
http://www.hopecbc.org/mp3files/sermons/hebrews/082607amgodfreyhebrews11.mp3
which is in your XML is different from
http://www.hopecbc.org/mp3Files/Sermons/Hebrews/082607amgodfreyhebrews11.mp3
which seems to be the correct url.
Correct them and it will probably work...

Itunes Store Search will not work

So i am trying to search for music in the Itunes store using the Search function, and everytime i try to search, it ends in this message "We could not complete your itunes store request. The request resource was not found....There was an error in itunes store, please try again Later."
Whats the problem?? I have had no problem with itunes until the recent update to 10.0.
Also, Where has Pink Floyd The Wall album gone, its not in the Itunes store anymore...

ITunes Store new & notable not working

I'm using iTunes 7.2 and have noticed that the new & notable section does not work properly when browsing the podcast genres; they display fine at first, but then if you click to the next slide it disappears.
Has anyone else had this problem?

After installing 7.2 upgrade all I get is itunes not responding thats on my macbook. itunes upgrade in windows xp works fine on my pc.

TS1368 Cannot access itunes store - Forefront TMG not working since iTunes 10.6.

I'm assuming that they have added additional ip addresses/ports/url sets that need to be put in the ISa rules. Any ideas?

i bought arkham knight and i got the harly quinn pack ,scarecrow missions and skins wiht iteverything works except for harlys i cant seem to get it to worki keep getting error showing region is different if thats the case then how did the others workyes i bought the ps4 and the game togeather

You're not the first person to have this region incompatibility issue with one of the PSN content codes that comes with Arkham Knight. You will need to phone you local customer support team. Explain the situation, and they should be able to help you further.

ITunes code not working

I received a large amount in an iTunes card this Christmas, it looked to have been purchased from Apple online then the whole card thing printed.
It has two codes on it one that says "PIN" and one that says "Gift card number" I have tried entering them separate and together on the iTunes store redeem code thing on my iPad. No luck. What should I do?

What you are saying does not make sense. You redeem a card once, that's it. It doesn't matter what device you are using, as long as it's using the same account, you will get the reminder of your store credits.
Could you give more details now?

You could be right that the response to clicking on help is a symptom of an entirely separate issue, but nevertheless the secure link to itunes is definitely failed, and I am unable to log into Itunes on either PC.
I also noticed that even if I click on the link to create a whole new Apple ID, I cannot do that either, presumably because the secure link is not working.
After I noticed that there were weird things happening this morning, I did change my Apple ID password in the hope that this might resolve it, but it seemed to make it worse. Now, all of my apple devices keep constantly prompting me for the apple ID password, and randomly either accepting it, or telling me it is wrong. I know the password is correct because I can log onto the apple Manage My Apple ID screens in a web browser with it.
I was starting to think that this is an ISP issue (BT Broadband), but I have not seen anyone else posting with the same issue. Does Apple use a different security protocol to everyone else? I'm asking because all other secure services seem to be working fine, but anything related to apple that requires a secure connection or authentication is having issues.
I have also seen reference to making sure that Itunes is listed as an allowed program in Windows Firewall. I cannot seem to do this because it says that my Windows firewall is being managed by McCafee. I have checked the settings in McCafee, and it appears to me that Itunes, Bonjour, and many other apple programs have been granted "Full" access. As said before in any case I have tried temporarily disabling the firewall and even this did not solve the problem.
