HT2905 Display exact duplicates does not show in my FILE options

When I click on file I do not get the exact duplicate choice

Make sure you have upgraded to iTunes 11.0.1.12.
The features are now View > Show Duplicate Items and Shift > View > Show Exact Duplicate Items.
I've written a script called DeDuper which can help remove unwanted duplicates efficiently. See this thread for background.

Outlook 2013 weather bar does not show in the File- Options- Canlendar panel

I installed a chinese office 2013, the machine can connected to internet properly. after I created a profile and logon to outlook, I found the weather bar section was not displayed in the File->Option->Canlendar panel although I configured to install
all the components and features of office 2013. Please see below snapshot:

All these can not solve my problem, weather bar disappeared in the Calendar panel any way.
Is anyone help me give some hints or suggestions, I really appreciate your any help!

TS3798 My Apple TV Does NOT show the Internet menu option. Has all the other options but the Internet. I am connected to the Internet as I can Rent, Buy ,etc..movies from the Apple Store...

I have a first Genreation iPAD and just a new Apple TV, 3rd Generation. The Apple TV does not show the Internet menu option after booting up.

There isn't one.
AppleTV3 has icons for all the internet features.

Preview does not show any postscript files

Preview does not show any .ps files in Mac OS 10.4.3. I get an error message "PostScript Conversion Error" when Preview tries to convert the ps file into pdf.
(I print online banking invoices to postscript using the print option "save as file", because the pdf option isn't always available as a file format.)
How can I view my ps files?

Thanks for the tip. I downloaded Ghostscript, installed it but can't find it once installed and nothing has changed.
I did however find out that only my online banking PostScript files are unreadable. Other PS files I create with my Canon printer menu are automatically converted into PDF by Preview without a problem. So it must have something to do with the document header or whatever of the online banking files.

Dropbox does not show up as an option for "Save As" as OneDrive does (came preinstalled that way).

Disable or turn off your anti-virus and firewall software on your computer and try the download again.

HT2905 Display exact duplicates is grayed out - cannot access

When I go to View, Display Exact Duplicates, it is grayed out - cannott access. Even if I could access, will it give me option to delete all duplicates?

Make sure you have updated to iTunes 11.0.1 (or later).
Enable the menu bar with ctrl-b if needed
Use Edit > Preferences > General > Show list views for all media
In Music use the Songs view, or select the List view for other media/playlists
Use View > Display Duplicates or, more usefully, hold Shift and use View > Display Exact Duplicates.
Keep one of each repeated group of files and don't send to the recycle bin unless you are sure that there are multiple files on the disc as opposed to multiple entries to the same file.
There is also my DeDuper script if you don't want to do it by hand. This can preserve ratings, play counts, playlist membership, etc. which are lost in a manual clean up. Please take note of the warning to backup your library before deduping. See this thread for background on deduping and the script.

4EA2 the Detail display for views does not show comments for the view

I am running in an Oracle Database 11g Enterprise Edition Release 11.2.0.3.0 - 64bit Production environment.
The Detail tab for a View does not show comments added for the view. I would like to request that the Detail tab be modified to display any comments added for the view.
This is important for me because I want to use the Generate DB doc function (from the right-click menu linked to schemas), to generate documentation, and that function uses the same format as the Detail Tab. The View Comments are important for my users.

Send to Excel or Word does not show up as an option in 6.2.2

I have Office Home and Student 2007 installed and I have also installed 6.2.2 Desktop. However, The Send to option does not show up where Help says it should be, so I can't export to Excel.
What am I doing wrong?

It may be best to clean your registry after uninstalling everything.
This is a relatively extreme step, but after this you should be able to
install (first LabVIEW, then any DAQ, then any add-ons and toolkits)
and see everything in the right place.
After uninstalling:
Remove the following registry components from the Windows Registry:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\National Instruments Delete the entire tree!
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\National Instruments Delete the entire tree!
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Enum\PCI\ , \ISA, or \PCMCIA and delete registry entries containing any keys with 1093 in them.
Do not worry if any of these trees are not listed.

HT4259 Airport Utility 6.1 does note show "extend wireless network" option. How do I find the feature

I have an airport extreme and the utility is 6.1. I also have an airport express. I'd like to use the airport express to extend the WiFi. The "extend the wireless network" option does not show up in the Airport Utility 6.1. How do I go about finding that option? Is it something that doesn't need to be checked in Airport Utility 6.1?

I'm having the same issuse, the only work around I have found is by using an older version of airport utility

Open file dialog search does not show the correct files

When i use "open file" in the menu of, for example Pages, and then type a word of my desired file name into the search dialog it does not always find the file. Searching in Finder works. And the file is where it is supposed to be.
Does it use different kind of searches? I have "reindexed" spotlight but no avail.
Of course i can look for the file manually and then start pages by double clicking the file...
Any ideas?

I'm not sure how Pages treats this, but it's possible that from an Open File dialog it may only search either the current directory or the default documents folder. Not sure about this as I'm not a Pages' user.

Also how would I un-zip a file I have downloaded to "download" and then copy it to a disk??

Show item info does not show on all files

I need that "show item info" very much, because it shows, how many sec each of my video clips are. When I have a folder with many video clips in it, about 3/4 shows the item info (sec length of clip) but about 1/4 it does not.
It would help me a lot to see all. Would there be a way to fix that?

Before you do this insert your original dvd, then restart holding the c key until the grey apple logo screen appears. When it asks to select language do so. On the next screen select Disk utility from the tools/utilities menu. Select your HD and do a Repair Disk. If errors are indicated and repairs are shown as successful, rerun this until there are no errors indicated. Also do the Repair Permissions option while in this mode.
After all this restart and see whether all goes well.
This process will be a lot quicker than a reinstall if it solves the problems.

Several things here so let me attempt to clarify.
For iCloud the reason the contacts where removed from he other device is because you updated your contacts, in this case deleted them, and then iCloud updated the other device to match. By deleting the iCloud account on the device it will stop the device from using that iCloud account and therefore nothing will change on the other device. By using a seperate Apple ID you can still use the features of iCloud, Find My iPhone comes to mind, without your content (contacts, message etc.) merging with the other device
For iTunes, you cannot use two Apple IDs for one account however if you use the same account iTunes on your computer will keep the content on each device seperate very nicely. You can also configure the settings for iTunes and the App store on each device to keep the content from automatically downloading to the other device. What I meant by share apps and music is this. What happens if you find a game, lets say Minecraft, that you really like and it cost, as Mincraft cost, $6.99USD. You buy it and play for a while and then you realize that your husband really likes the game as well. If you both use the same Apple ID for iTunes he can download the $7.00ish game to his device at no additional charge. If you use seperate Apple IDs for iTunes well... it look like he will also be paying for the game to have it on his account. Same goes for Music and Movies
