My fiance and I just got new I phone 4S's and after putting our I tunes back into our phones, my phone has an issue. The problem I have come across is this: if I want to update an APP, my fiance's I tunes account name comes up. I can add APP's no problem. How de I correct this problem? Right-click on the header row and click Date Added. If there is already a tick against it then the column is probably displaed out of sight and scrolled to the right.

One way friends of mine have done it....use iTunes to burn a music CD with the songs (presuming it can still do that, haven't tried it in a while)
THen close iTunes and open windows media player. Use that to convet the CD file to MP3 (media player's default is to pull things in as wma, so you may need to change the preferences to mp3, or i'm pretty sure wma's work in power points)
Once media player converts the format you can insert it into your powerpoint.

So your iTunes library is now empty after the upgrade?
Simply drag the one folder (containing all of your music) into your new empty iTunes library or choose File -> Add to Library in iTunes.
Otherwise, if they aren't all in one folder, you'll have to drag each seperate one into iTunes.

That crash appears to be casued by the Facebook plug-in.
Create a new account (systempreferences -> accounts or Users & Groups on 10.7 and 10.8), make a new Library in that account, import some shots and see if the problem is repeated there. If it is, then a re-install of the app might be indicated. If it's not, then it's likely the app is okay and the problem is something in the main account.

If you're using Mac OS X, follow these steps:
Quit iTunes.
Go to your iTunes Media folder. By default, it's in ~/Music/iTunes. (This folder may be named iTunes Music if you created your iTunes library in iTunes 9 or earlier.)
Note: "~" represents your Home folder. Other users on your computer can't access these locations.
Drag the iTunes Media folder to a public location. For example, you could move it to the Public folder in your Home folder (~/Public) or to a location outside your Home folder that other users can access (/Users/Shared).
Important: Don't move the iTunes folder, the iTunes library file, or the iTunes library.xml file.
Open iTunes.
Choose iTunes > Preferences.
Click Advanced.
Click the Change button.
In the window that opens, go to your iTunes Media folder.
Click Choose or Open.
Repeat these steps for each user that you want to share music with. If multiple users on your computer are storing music in the same public folder, duplicate song files may appear if a user imports music from a CD that another user already imported.

Due to recent security issues and identify theft (mostly due to phishing scams), the iTunes Store seems to be requiring more frequent verification of address information, even if you have a balance from a prepaid card. Either just go through the verification process or, if you have a credit card entered and don't expect to need to use it anytime soon, go into the Payment information in your account and set the payment method to "none" which should then stop the regular requirements for verification. If it still asks - my account does - just click through the buttons and it should verify without problems.

the easiest way would be to create a new windows user, log in and start iTunes and set up the other account.

My sister installed my backup copy of my i-tunes library which will not play. Yes, use the same Apple ID. You can authorize up to 5 PCs to play itunes store purchases.
About the same library on 2 PCs, this is a real hassle to try and do manually. iTunes won't do it, that is for sure. There are some 3rd-party programs (such as TuneRanger) that will, if you want to spring for the purchase.
What I do is have one main PC where I rate songs, make playlists, sync my iPod. The other PCs have copies of all the music but the play counts & ratings are always different.
