HT3209 HD Digital Copy Download Error
I have an HD digital copy which i intend to download to my computer for use with my iPad 2, iPhone 4, and iPod Touch but it will not download claiming my computer isn't HD compatible. It's prompting (err = 11111) I don't care if the digital copy doesn't play on my computer, but i do want it within my itunes movies so I can transfer it to my devices including two iPhone 4s, iPod Touch 4th Generation, iPad 2, and my Apple Tv
there's an update to my problem. I had to close and reopen iTunes and now Dark Knight isn't there at all. I can't find a partial download and when I check for a download it says that I've downloaded everything for this account.

Blu Ray digital copy downloads audio issues.
I have the Apple TV 2 and love it but I have a few movies that I got from iTunes as digital copy downloads from buying a bluray disc that the audio doesn't stream to the tv. It's a crackling static sound.
Plays fine on computer and on iphone but not to tv. Have other films I have received this way that play fine. Did I get a bad download or is it something else?
ThanksCan you try changing the audio track - maybe it's ouputting dolby digital and the TV can't handle it.
Also turn off Dolby Digital out in the Settings menus.
Might be worth you mentioning the film, or checking iTunes reviews on the film to see if there are known issues. -
MacBook Air w/o DVD drive = No Digital Copy Downloads?!
I have a Mar/12 11" Macbook Air.
I recently decided that I would transfer all of my movies to digital and download the digital copies to my hard drive. Even though I have the proper (and unused) code, the instructions say I have to insert a disk first.
This is kind of a problem since MacBook Airs do not have a DVD/CD drive.
How am I supposed to download/unlock my purchsed movies from iTunes without a DVD drive? Suggestions? Or am I screwed? I really don't want to fork over $80 or so to get a DVD drive.

PS I would like to add that I have zero problems downloading movies straight from iTunes. I am only having problems with transfering the authorized digital copies that are included with the DVD/Blu-Ray purchase.It depends on the method the movie distributor uses for the digital copy. If they provide just a code, you redeem that code in the iTunes Store and the movie will download. If the copy is on a disk in the package and you use the code just to validate, then you will need a DVD drive. If you have another computer with a DVD drive, Remote Disk may work, though I haven't tried it. Or you can redeem the copy on another computer and copy it to your MacBook Air. Otherwise you will need to purchase a DVD drive, either from Apple or another manufacturer.

when I start the movie, a screen appear with a choice of three country

Mexico
Brasil
Being in Canada, I choose United State to see the movie in English.
Intro start playing and the menu bar appear.
I press play to see the movie and nothing appends.
When i register to your site, I did insert all the proper info and Canada was the country indicated.
Is there a fix for this issue.

ITunes is a vendor option but when I try to download with the iTunes option it sends me to the instructions for iTunes redemption and then I keep going in circles. just went through my entire blu-ray library and more than half of them had a digital copy. Is it possible that since you need to sign in with your itunes account in order to redeem the code to download be considered a purchase? Being that iTunes in the cloud is available, i should be able to log in with the same account on my macbook pro and download the movie so that it is on my backup machine. In this case i have them all backed up to my iMac which streams to my apple tv.
A computer can sync a dozen iPods and/or iPhones (just saying).
However, You can't use more than one computer for that iPhone. -
Bought retail movie, with digital copy, downloaded & watched, now what?
This is a question for my wife who actually uses an ipad. I collect movies and activate the digital copies into her / our itunes account. For the first time, she's now downloaded one and watched it on a flight. If she deletes the local copy, will it automatically go back to the cloud (recreate the cloud download symbol) for later viewing, or is there some special procedure that she must follow in order not to lose the ability to download it again or stream it again? If she was able to watch the movie on a flight - then that means that the movie is actually residing on the iPad. You don't have to do anything to watch it again other than to go to the Videos App and tap on the movie to start it again. If you downloaded the movie onto the device or synced it from iTunes after downloading it there, it is on the iPad.
If you want to be sure, go to the Videos App and look for it. If it does not have the cloud icon next to, then it's on the device, and not in the cloud. I don't know if you can download digital downloads again, so if she wants to delete it from the iPad, I would transfer it into iTunes before deleting it. Then she can sync it back later if she wants to watch it again. I have two movies that had digital downloads. I downloaded them in iTunes and synced them to the iPad and I have the movies safely stored in my iTunes Library on my. Mac.

I downloaded a digital copy of the Lord of the Rings' and during the downland, iTunes quit. When I restarted iTunes the download was gone; when I tried to reenter the digital copy redemption code it said it has already been used. How do I get my digital copy of LotR back? I lost all three movies in the series (as they were downloading simultaneously) and I would really love to have them on my Mac.

HT203167 How to get movie back? iTunes crashed after digital copy download.
We bought The Hunger Games blu-ray and digital copy today. My daughter put the digital copy in her iTunes, iTunes crashed before any chance at backup and the digital copy is no longer there and we can't use the code again. How can we get the digital copy???

Digital copy transfer errors out in iTunes 10.7after update
I get this message after it finishes copying. I'm the administrator and only user. iTunes 10.7.0.21 is running on Windows7 64. The DVD is in perfect condition. Disney tech said there used to be a safe mode reboot with networking to bypass this error message, but after the latest update it killed the work around. Any suggestions?

HT1725 error when I downloaded a digital copy of a movie (error 8328)
While downloading a digital copy of a movie from Universal website, download was interrupted.
When I try to resume, I get error message 8328 "An unknown error occurred (8328) Please check the connection to the network & retry"
How do I fix that??
I tried to go to Universal but it says that the Authorization Code was already used.

Since a Digital Copy download is attached to your Apple ID, the best option would be to delete the movie that is giving you an issue and redownload it via the iTunes Store past purchase option. I have included a couple articles that will show you how to process these steps.

Can any one help as the digital copy downloaded but was processing when iTunes froze and then I had to shut it down. I have the latest version and am using iTunes on a windows PC. I would imagine similar problems could arise on download processing if there was a power cut so surely iTunes knows that my ID has redeemed the movie and it will continue now?
Can anyone help?I forgot to add that when I looked at the store for available downloads it only continued to download the movie extras which is only 69MB of menu items and no movie content.

I do not know how to get a digital copy download back on the itunes store when I cannot find it in the purchase history list. The redemption number says it has been redeemed.

I have tried to download a digital copy that came with a movie I purchased and I keep getting the an error about HD purchase vs. SD purchase. I push redeem again and it has the same message and I cant download the movie. What can I do?

I had downloaded a Digital Copy of a film with extras on iTunes the other day. The movie is working fine, the extras met with downloading errors and won't work. I've tried clicking the download button but keep getting the same error message. I've already redeemed the code so I can't do the thing all over again! Please help me because I want to see those extras!

I experienced a similar issue with 10.6.8 and iTunes 11.
Several questions:
1. What version of iTunes are you using?
2. Is your iTunes library located on a network drive or a local drive?
3. What error are you getting during the download?
4. Do you have the ability to try and download the extras file on a different computer?
