Recently, I have got my new iPod Touch 4G. I succesfully transfered songs/apps from iTunes to my iPod Touch. But I don't know how to transfer video/movie to my iPod. I can't add a movie/video clip to iTunes ( File-> Add file to Library).

No, the documention (http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1766) says that when you restore from an iCloud backup "You will see the three most recent backups for each of the devices on which you enabled Backup". At least, that's what the documentation says; I've never restored from an iCloud backup so I can't say if that's accurate or not.

The problems are two:
1) Using an iPad, can I find subtitled only movies? If were possible, how?
2) Ever with an iPad, it's possible setting on/off subtitles in movie? If were possible, how?

You turn it on by going to settings-video-closed captioning=on.
If a video has captioning, should have the closed captioning symbol on the video description screen in iTunes store.
You can get software to add captions to your own videos.
Handbrake:
HandBrake can now include subtitle tracks that can be turned on and off, instead of rendering them onto the video track permanently (which also reduces video compression). This means you can include Closed Captioning data from DVDs and TV broadcasts, or find SRT text subtitle files on the 'net and include them. When using the Matroska container, you can also store the graphical subtitle images (VobSubs) from a DVD as a separate track. An added benefit is that multiple subtitle tracks can be included in the same output video.

I have had my iPad for a couple of years but just now rented a movie for a flight I will be on....how long will the movie stay on my iPad....can you watch it more than once? Also any awesome games out there to download that will not take wifi or data to play them? Thanks!

The unwatched rental will stay on the device for 30 days. If you are in the U.S. once you start watching the movie you have 24 hours to watch it as many times as you like, and you have 48 hours in other countries. Bear in mind that if you even start the movies for just two or three seconds and stop it, that starts the timer for the 24 hour or 48 hour time period, so don't start that timers until you are ready to watch the movie.
I'm not a real big gamer anymore , so I can't help you there.

Prior to going you can rent and download them on your iPad via its iTunes store app, or rent and download them on your computer's iTunes and connect and your iPad and move them to it - they will go in the iPad's Videos app.
Some people have posted that they need to start playing rentals whilst they still have internet connection, so you may want to watch a few seconds prior to going offline - you have 24 hours if you are in the US, 48 hours elsewhere, after starting to watch a rental before it expires.

As far as I know, until you delete them. However, keeping huge numbers of old text messages on your phone can take up a lot of space and can have an impact on the performance of the Messages app. I would recommend archiving them off the phone if you want to keep them. I use PhoneView on my Mac for this purpose. TouchCopy is a Windows/Mac app that I believe does the same.

FWIW, your profile shows that you are already on Lion - did you buy Mountain Lion?
If you purchase an OS from the Mac App Store, it will be listed under your Purchases and will be available to download again if you need it. Note: the license is only for you and is not transferable; if you sell your Mac, you must uninstall it and reinstall the original system.
If you did buy Lion - out of curiosity - since it is no longer showing in the app store, how did you buy it there? Or did you call Apple and they sent you a redemption code?

Water damage voids your warranty, so you only option with Apple is an out of warranty exchange. You can check what that fee would be in your country on the support pages.
Note that since Apple does not (and never has) repair iOS devices (they exchange them with factory refurbished units), there is no Apple certified training program for iOS repairs, no official parts supply and hence no such thing as an Apple Authorized repair technician or center for any iOS device. Any repairs you have done by a 3rd party shop you do on your own and you must be prepared to live with the results, whatever they are, as Apple will not accept a device that has been worked on by someone else.

If you just activated your iPad and you are using it for the first time, you can plug in to the wall charger and use it while it is plugged in if you want to do so. Leave it plugged in overnight and let it charge all the way up to 100%.
