As far as I can tell, yes. I purchased an HD movie on my old Apple TV 2 (720p) and just upgraded to the Apple TV 3 (1080p) and it displays 1080p on the info sheet and plays in that quality, so I have a feeling the same should go for you with your iPad.

Suddenly the visited links are no longer changing font color, as I am preparing for an exam I need visited questions to change color, to keep track of questions that I have finished. But if I delete a few days of history then again,a few more visited links change color then again it stops, so it seems something is getting full and not able to accommodate any more? Why are my visited links no longer changing color after a certain number of visits? I do have a back up of the places.sqlite file. So I have tried everything from deleting the profile, uninstalling reinstalling, creating a new profile, then copy pasting places.sqlite etc, but as mentioned after a few visits, visited links no longer change color, if I delete a few days of history then again a few visits will again change color and then stop again, so what should I increase so that my visited links quota is increased, I have also tried tweaking about:config and it has had no result. Although I was not really confident that increasing brower.history_max _pages (don't remember exact name, but I am sure you get the idea) is going to help.
Seems as though my visited links change color, quota is full and only if I delete a few days of history will I get a few more visited links to change color. Can somebody shed some light? There is no maximum for the places.sqlite database and other SQLite database files like I wrote above.<br />
All SQLite database file have fixed minimum sizes and if they run out of space they are automatically increased in size with a specific chunk size. For places.sqlite this is 10 MB for the minimum and for the chunk.

Are you aware of any problem with a previous purchase ? Was wondering if there is such a thing as a ram emulator?

as you all probably know, the maximum amount of ram one get put into a titanium g4 is 1GB, so i have this crazy idea that couldn't one emulate a ram using flash memory possibly from the PCIMCIA slot? Is there such a program that does this?
I know this seems rather stupid, but its just an idea.

OS X has virtual memory (not exactly the same thing as you are thinking about, but similar) that utilizes your hard drive to provide additional memory if physical memory is fully in use. However, the memory manager in OS X is very efficient at allocating memory to running applications as long as you don't run so many applications as to completely use all available RAM. You can see how your memory management is doing by opening Activity Monitor and clicking on the System Memory tab near the lower part of the window. The total amount of RAM you have available is the sum of Free Ram and Inactive RAM.
If you find the computer is slowing down considerably under use then you may simply have too many applications running thus forcing the system to use virtual memory. Because your hard drive is slow compared to physical RAM this forces things to slow down quite a bit. Simplest solution is to quit some applications. It also helps to maintain a substantial amount of free space on your hard drive. If the drive is very full this will also slow things down (as will a slower hard drive compared to a faster one.)

I found my own solution to this one after many more hours of frustration. I found that there was a toolbar applet installed in Internet Explorer that started its own private JVM, and that JVM was being seen by the plugin code for 1.3.1_07. Apparently there was some conflict between what the plugin code expected and what that private JVM (not sure what version it was, the code had no mention of it) had to offer, which caused the crash dialog. Uninstalling the toolbar (and its parent application) solved the problem. I may do further testing to see if there are any plugin versions that do work with this particular applet.
It is also still a mystery why this problem only cropped up after installing and uninstalling 1.4.x version of the plugin, but I didn't keep close track of the whole sequence so it may have been coincidental.

Movies that I have brought my computer however are automatically download and are available to watch on apple TV. I am using the same apple account for all of my apple devices and I have clicked on downloads on my computer and yet the purchesed movies on apple TV do not appear.
I have checked in the iTunes store on my computer for the same movies I have purchased on the apple TV, but the option to download isn't there, only the option to buy. What do I do?

How can I delete movies from my iPad that it thinks are in the cloud?

I noticed that I was running out of space on my 32 GB iPad Air running iOS 7.1, so I looked at my pictures and moved them to iCloud and then deleted most of my un-used apps. This did not help in the gaining back a ton of space. So I looked at my videos. I have purchased content from itunes through the apple tv, and have watched some of it on my iPad. It is not clear to me if it downloads those files when I do this or if they are streaming like on my Apple TV.
Anyway, when I hit the edit button in the video section none of the videos display the little "x" symbol letting you know that you can delete them. Instead, all of them show the "cloud" symbol even the movies and TV shows I watched. So I then turned on airplane mode and went back to Videos. I thought no wi-fi = no connection to the cloud = list of videos stored locally. This is where it gets weird. The majority of the "Purchased" items normally shown with the "cloud" symbol were not there, however the videos that I had watched were listed and still had the "cloud" symbol on them. They even played in airplane mode like they were stored locally. The problem occurs when I go to delete them. When I hit the edit button I cannot select these videos, it is treating them as if they are in the cloud even though I know they are taking up space locally.
Is anybody elese having this problem?

Based on previous discussions and in this thread I went to I went to Settings > General > Usage > Storage > Show all Apps > Videos. My iPad Air indicates no data. Sync movies and TV are unchecked in iTunes.
iTunes is showing I have 12.61GB of data and 92 videos.
Any other ideas?

You can do this in Logic:
create a layer in the environment and create the redundant audio-objects. In the parameterbox uncheck all their "show" boxes so they only show meter, fader, pan, group and automation. Now put them ontop of each other, so you only can see the meters. Close the window, and open it again as float, hide the parameters and save the screenset.
Does that come close tto what you need?

I would also like a way to turn off this "feature." Currently, if I miss 5 episodes of a podcast, the Podcasts app stops auto-downloading new episodes of that podcast. I, however, would prefer that my Podcasts app simply keep the most recent 3 episodes of the podcasts I subscribe to, whether I've listened to other recent episodes, or not. And "most recent 3" is just my preference. I'm sure there are people out there who want to keep every episode, listened or not, recent or not. There shouldn't be limitations on how we decide to use our memory or bandwidth.

No, they aren't retained in a "deleted" folder, they are simply removed.

Buying movies in the UK ITunes Store?

How do you purchase movies from the UK store? There is no option that I can see. I've looked at the US store and the option is available there. Is it just a matter of time before UK gets it? If I buy it on the US site will they work here (Scotland)?

Movies are only available in the US at present. I believe the plan that was announced when the Movies were introduced is to roll them out to other stores sometime this year. However whether or even if the UK and other stores get them in 2007 will depend on the negotiations with the film distributors for each region. TV shows are subject to the same restrictions and at the moment Apple only has a license to sell them in the US.
Also unless you can show some form of residency you cannot buy from another country's store. The question on cross store purchasing is asked frequently so I'll just quote the most complete answer (courtesy of Dave Sawyer) from the many given:
In order to buy from any given country's iTunes Music Store, you must have either:
a) a credit card with a billing address in that country, or
b) a mailing address in that country and a gift certificate or a prepaid card that was bought in that country.
If you cannot fulfill one of these two sets of conditions, you will not be able to purchase from any given country's iTMS.
.......this is due to restrictions placed on Apple by the record companies and other rights holders (who are often completely different from country to country and so all require their own individual negotiations and contracts), not by Apple's choice. And this also applies to all the legal download stores that carry major-label content, not just the iTMS.
