HT3275 I am getting the error message:  The backup disk image "/Volumes/Data-1/Richard's iMac.sparsebundle" is already in use.

I have restarted my computer, but still getting the same message. 

Pull the power plug from the back of the Time Capsule, or pull the AC wall plug, whichever is easier
Wait a full minute
Power up the Time Capsule
This simple reset will fix the Mountain Lion bug about 95% of the time.
