HT3281 Cannot find the downloaded podcast, can anyone help?

Have downloaded a few video podcast on my iPad 3. But cannot find them. If u have encountered the same problem, let me know your solution.
In addition, I also cannot access to the musics of iTunes store. After "loading" appears for a few seconds, it comes out "cannot connect to iTunes". I have tried the hard reset, it still does work.
Appreciate any help. Thanks

If they were audio Podcasts and you're running iOS 5, open Music App, click the More Tab at bottom, choose Podcasts (it's similar in iOS 4x but I think App is called "iPod".
If they're Video Podcasts You'll find them in the Videos App
