HT3281 Podcasts- can't download and save any more
Suddenly, I can no longer download and save a podcast. I always had a download button for a podcast and now all I have is down arrrow button that streams the podcast, which isn't helpful. What happened? I don't believe I changed anything.

For YouTube, try doing an internet search or having a look in the Mac App Store app on your Mac

I click on the link to download and see the progress bar, then get the error message "There is a problem parsing the package."

Can I download and save the shockwave player application for later installation on more than one PC
I would like to find a "setup.exe" file for the shockwave player and flash player (to begin with) so I can be sure fellow cowworkers all have the same versions installed on their own PC. This would make it more efficient to share files, explainations etceteras.
I was given this assignment after I installed virtual drives with Windows, on a few Mac PCs, and now I've been asked for more ways to streamline file shareing. I am attempting to convince the foremen, detailers, Crew managers & others to use Windows 8, as it can be synced with everyone's phones, tablets, androids & PCs. This would just be a beginning, mainly for demostration. I hope I haven't taken on an impossible task. Thank you in advance for any help offered.

So I had my hard drive crash on me a few weeks back and I'm just getting around to recovering my music collection now. Last night I successfully dragged and dropped in roughly 3000 songs which all added to iTunes just fine.
An hour or so later I tried to do so again with a measily 12 songs and it won't work... help!?Some how solved itself.

Download and save files or Office files!
How can I download and save an EXE file or Office files i.e. DOC, XLS or PPT files to iPhone 5 and then transfer them to Computer/Laptop?

Shahzad ZameerIt is possible that your anti-virus software is corrupting the downloaded files or otherwise interfering with downloading files by Firefox.<br />
Try to disable the real-time (live) scanning of files in your anti-virus software temporarily to see if that makes downloading work.

i recently updated my macbook, i don't know if that has any effect to my recent problem, but when i try to download and save .mp3 files from the internet, like i have done in the past, it downloads but not as an mp3 file, its "blank" and when i try to open it, i can't? I NEED HELP !

whenever I try to save a PDF document on mu iPad, it will only open up as text in my email and won't give me an option to download and save. Any suggestions?
You can hold down on the open PDF and get the option to Open In - in the resulting pop up window.

Is anybody else still not able to use the App Store? I can't download nor update any apps. I have an IPhone 5 device not currently updated to iOS 7 as my partner also has an iPhone 5 running iOS 7 and it seems to have some issues at the moment.

Yes, but back up the library first. Note that if you're using Mac OS X 10.5.8, you won't be able to update iTunes past 10.6.3.

I accidentally uninstalled the Illustrator CC from my mac. Now I can't re-download the application. Everytime I click "Download", it takes me to the creative cloud app and only shows me the app is up to date. Is there any way I can re-download and reinstall Illustrator CC?
