HT3302 Apple genuis liquid repair????

Please help, I have dropped Iphone 4s in a cup of coffee, its sort of dried out, Siri works, but no screen display, I have 1000+ photos that are not backed up.
Please couldd anyone advise if it is possible for Apple Genius Bar to repair?

Apple can do no better than you. If Mac or PC will recognize iPhone as camera which is normal you can back up your photos. On PC connect iPhone with USB cable, go to My Computer and get your photos. On Mac connect iPhone with USB cable, let iPhoto Program get your photos. Or on either computer, if iTunes recognizes iPhone then back up or sync iPhone so your photos are backed up. Genius can do more than this. So do it yourself.

No, user caused accidents are not warranty coverage, nor are spills, loss, theft etc.
all these user caused issues have no bearing on the warranty coverage.
they are outside of same.
All laptop mfg. are identical in this nature (same with your car too of course)

My 17" Macbook Pro battery swelled up and kind of exploded. The apple genuis said it is still safe to use, that doesn't sound right.

I am just kind of worried that it doesn't even fit. Do I need to kind of pop the expanded portion of the battery to get it to fit back in? The case of the battery has come apart and so to fit it back in I would have to press it back together. The battery is low count and had great capacity when it happened. I don't want to have to buy another one when this one is fairly new.

Your Apple ID has nothing to do with hardware and Apple ID issues are always suppported.
This is a case for the iTunes Store Support:
1. Go to expresslane.apple.com
2. select 'itunes' and then 'itunes store' on the right
3. select a topic and a subject
4. click 'continue' and then 'email'
5. fill out the form and explain your situation
6. they will respond within 24 hours usually

Apple won't repair my ipod touch gen 4

My Ipod touch 4th gen. Wouldn't connect to computer or charger. It had enough battery to see that it was still working but wouldn't connect. It was still under warranty. So I sent it in. One day later they sent it back and said I did something to it and they weren't going to fix it. I don't know what I did to it and I can't even pay them to fix it. Does that mean it's to bad to fix. It was working when I sent it back other than not connecting. What could be so wrong with it. Help please

Just exactly did they say? It appears that you abused your iPod and that voids the warranty. Apple should still exchange the iPod for a refurbished one for this price as an out-of-warranty service. See:

The warranty does not cover accedental damage like a broken screen. However, some time the Genius at the Genius Bar of an Apple store will replace the iPod at not cost. Make an appointment at the Genius Bar and ask. If not under warranty, Apple will exchange yours for:

Thanks. That kind of confirms. I was able to get the phone home and restore it. The Genius was unable to restore. Maybe there is a connector problem? Now there is a working phone again, still with a shattered screen. Any suggestions for what's next?

I bought a Nano 8Gig from target instead of tha apple store since i got a discount. I have few questions.
1. Can i bring it to apple store to repair if its a mechanical problem without them charging me. basically a defect,Hard drive problem, no sound,etc?

You make an appointment at the genius bar of your local Apple Store.
If it's the back glass that's cracked, it will cost you about $30 to get it repaired. If it's the screen, you're looking at $199 + tax for a replacement phone.

Many people have posted here that they got their iPod exchanged at a store. I think (but don't know) that it would depend on how old the iPod is.
As to whether the replaced iPod would be a new or refurbished one, I would think (again, I don't know) it would be new as the Apple stores don't carry refurbs as far as I know.
The only people who can give a you a definitive answer to your questions of course are the folks at the Apple store.
