HT3325 I am unable to get any version of Keynote Remote to link my devices except version 1.1!
Is anyone esle having this problem? I have an iPad 3, Keynote '09 and a MBP 2010.
I have tried loading Keynote Remote 1.3 (newest version) on several devices and NONE of them will link to my Keynote application on my MBP. I guess that would eliminate it down to being a laptop issue, but I've followed as many "fixes" as I can...Bluetooth, deleting certain preferences, starting with extensions off...etc. I'm out fo ideas.
Now when I reload version 1.1 of KNR on ANY of my devices (iPad, iPod Touch 2nd gen) it links up fine!
So...I'm down to wondering if there's something in 1.3 that is glitchy?

We are attempting to use patch plan to apply PSU and one-offs to a new 12.1.0.2 database oracle home. Our EM version is 12.1.0.4.
We are experiencing the same issue described in ''Bug 20271609 : Unable to get the version of OPatch". This bug is closed as 'duplicate bug to filer' but we do not appear to have visibility into what patch/bug fixes the issue.
Description from the above mentioned bug is our same issue. We do not have this issue when we use patch plans against an 11.2.x oracle_home target. It is unique to 12.1.0.2 oracle_home target.

The Plan failed in step "Run Prerequisite Checks" with the following errors:
PREREQ_NAME: Minimum Version of OPatch
PREREQ_DESC: Check if the required version of OPatch is present on the target
PREREQ_TYPE: PATCH_TOOL_CHECK

We have opened an SR to see if we can get more info on what was already identified as a bug. Has anyone else experienced this issue? If so, can you share any patches or workarounds (other than manually applying patches) that you found useful?
Thanks.You'll probably get the same info from Support, but the workaround is to use the Patch Database (however that doesn't work if there's no DB target associated to that home). If you were trying to do patchign out of place (clone home, patch, then move db's), EM can do this for you. If you're just installing a new DB Home and trying to patch, then i don' think there's another workaround. The base bug is marked fixed though, so a backport for the 12.1.0.6 plugin should be available very soon. I would ask the support analyst to request the backport for your plugin/patch level...

I am unable to get any music on my iPhone 3GS either from my computer or iTunes stores. Just managed to download music from iTunes onto my iPad so assume my iPhone is at fault?
Okay, you are using Windows 7. What version of iTunes do you have. Please don't tell me the most current one, go into Help then About iTunes and read what it says.

I don't even have Mozilla Firefox installed!Follow the steps outlined in the KB article: http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=93976 and then try to reinstall iTunes.

Somehow my App Store changed to US and now I am unable to get any apps because my apple ID is only valid in Australia. I have tried changing the store in the terms and conditions but it doesn't seem to be doing the trick and changes itself back to US. Any ideas?
Settings>iTunes and App stores>Apple ID.

Tap View Apple ID
Enter your password
Go to Country/Region in the popup window to change the store -
My operating system is Windows 8.1. I am using Sony wireless headphones. When playing songs in itunes I can pause playback or skip song but am unable to get any sound. I know the volume is ok and connection is ok. I have tried complete uninstall and re install with no solution. Any help will be deeply appreciated. Blues43

I upgraded my cloud storage from 2G to 120G and today it went back to 2G and I cannot save my work. Anyone experience this? Unable to get any customer service.

In a word, yes. In a little more detail.... When you restore from an iCloud backup, you must erase the device and start all over again. There is no other way to access the backup in iCloud without erasing the device. Consequently, you are starting all over again. Therefore, it would also be my assumption that Pages and Numbers will work again and that the deleting apps issues would be fixed as well.
If the documents are not in the backup, and you do not have a backup elsewhere, the documents could be gone forever. -
I need URGENT help, My company just changed all our iphones to Samsung Notes and i am now unable to get ANY messages from current iphone friends and colleagues colleagues.... This is certainly unfair and inconvenient.... Once loved apple not so much now

Click on "Edit Products"
Click on the "X" to the right of the product.
Click "Unregister".
If that doesn't work, you're going to need to call AppleCare and have them remove your phone from the system.

Unable to Uninstall any version of DTM (5.0.1 or 6.0)
Since my computer automatically downloaded and installed DTM 6.0, I have had nothing but problems. I was unable to get DTM 6 to recognize my BB Curve 8330, so decided to go back to version 5.0.1, which had been working flawlessly. Unfortunately, I have been unable to uninstall 6.0, and keep getting Error 1316.
I have looked up all the previous responses to this error, and followed the directions given - have done the clean uninstall as described in KB02206, even doing the "Additional Information" at the bottom of that article, without success. I still show both Blackberry Desktop Managers in the Programs list, but the Control Panel does not recognize them as programs, so I can't uninstall them. I even tried to reinstall version 5.0.1 despite this with no success - same error.
I am running Windows Vista, 64 bit with all the critical updates installed. I was using Trend Micro Internet Security initially, but recently switched to BitDefender. I have lots of hard drive space, and have 4 Gb Ram with a Dual core processor.
I really hope someone can help me with this. I'm getting more concerned by the day as I have no recent backup of my Life!

This will take a bit of time to resolve this issue, just to pre-warn you.
First we need to resolve the Error 1316, which is caused by the install-shield. Follow the instructions in KB04272, once you do this. Then follow the instructions in KB02206.
You may need to locate the Windows Installer cleanup utility to physically remove BlackBerry Desktop Software from Programs/Features. If you do a google search it is very easy to find.

How can I get sound from my internal speakers. I have not set or adjusted any sound levels but all sound is muted and am unable to untick the mute box. I had sound when I bought the machine but now nothing, not even an option to select internal soeakers in Souns setup!!
1. Reset PRAM. http://support.apple.com/kb/PH4405
2. Reset SMC. http://support.apple.com/kb/HT3964
Choose the method for:
"Resetting SMC on portables with a battery you should not remove on your own".
3. Applications > Utilities > Audio MIDI Setup

Click the Built-in Output.
Under Mute any of the boxes checked? If so, uncheck it. -
When I upgraded to Firefox 4.0 I continually got error messages but the browser would still work when I cleared them. After the upgrade April 29 the browser worked until the computer was shut down.Next day it won't load.I tried to install older versions but they just get automatically "upgraded".This is from my laptop which I did not upgrade to 4.0 after my desktop issues.The error message I get when I try to load the browser is above.
Do a clean (re-)install:
* Download a fresh Firefox copy and save the file to the desktop.
* Firefox 4.0.x: http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all.html
* Firefox 3.6.x: http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all-older.html
* Uninstall your current Firefox version and remove the Firefox program folder before installing that copy of the Firefox installer.
* Do not remove personal data if you uninstall the current version.
* It is important to delete the Firefox program folder to remove all the files and make sure that there are no problems with files that were leftover after uninstalling.
Your bookmarks and other profile data are stored elsewhere (not in the Firefox program folder) and won't be affected by a reinstall, but make sure that you do not select to remove personal data if you uninstall Firefox. -
I am having trouble trying to capture a new Windows 8 image with WDT 2012.
My Setup -
Server 2012
WDS
MDT 2012
Windows 8 ADK
Hyper-V
I have created a new task and I can get the image to successfully deploy the image to a VM but it seems to fail at the Restore User State task.
Once the install Applications task has finished I added a Suspend task so I could customize the image a little. Upon resuming the task sequence is where the above failure message appears. I can see it gets to the next step (which is 'Restore User State')
but that seems to be where is crashes.
Does anyone have any advice on what I might be doing wrong or what I can do to resolve the above issue?WAIK being installed was probably your issue so I wouldn't bother disabling the restore task. It is used to migrate user data, docs, and settings on refreshes, not new builds. It doesn't affect CopyProfile, just note that data will be migrated on refreshes so
some aspects may change, ie wallpaper, shortcuts, etc but what gets migrated with USMT can also be configured.

Specific property is for casting to specific items, like EditText, ComboBox, etc. That's a property of the Item class.
When you refere to an Item object, you don't need specific nor cast, because you're refering to the exact kind of object.
In your example oGoodReceiptPOForm.Items.Item("10000330") return an Item Object. So assing it to a Item is OK.

Over the past 2 months, at most, I've had nothing but problems with firefox, firefox 7 wouldn't work right with my logins (after logging in it would not load any pages), so I waited a month and downloaded firefox 8.0, was working fine for a few days then, like I said, it doesn't load pages period.
