I am trying to put a border around a page of text and images, I used to use the Inspector but it is no longer available, how do I do this task

Would it have been that hard for him to say: "Are you using an iPad or regular Mac? It would be easier to help if we knew exactly what you are using." As opposed to insulting Ann's intelligence and taking an extremely condescending tone?
And to Ann, it would probably be easiest--and would work on either system--to add a rectangle with no fill (as Jerry suggested). You can then adjust the size (8.5x11 - however indented you'd like), the style (color, dotted line, or whatever), etc. to your liking.
