Once you have activated your new phone, you old phone won't have cellular data.
Then restore your old phone using itunes, then sync your music to it.

Only computers nees authorising for your account, iPads (and iPhones and iPods) don't need authorising. On your computer's iTunes you should be able to authorise it via the Store menu at the top of iTunes - with iTunes 11 on a PC pressing Alt-S should get the Store menu to appear

The App store tells me "all downloads are complete", however, the downloads are not loading and i still have the message "waiting" with no ability to complete the installations.

I have burned a CD and the first 1/2 of the songs sound fine but the rest are not clear

I have burned a CD and the first 1/2 of the songs sound fine but the rest are not clear, they have a skipping sound to them. I have erased teh CD-RW and tried again and it was somewhat better but the last few songs did the same thing.

First of all, it is better to use CD-Rs than CD-RWs, as the latter often give problems when used for audio CDs.
The problem you describe -- bad audio on the later tracks of an audio CD -- can almost always be corrected by doing the burn at a much lower burn speed. Use 2x.
The burn speed is selected in the dialog box that comes up when you request the burn. It defaults to "Maximum Possible," but there is a dropdown to select a lower value.

If you tried resetting the ipod and it still keeps having the same issue you described, try setting the ipod to disk mode.

If you can get the ipod into disk mode, connect it to the computer and rrestore the ipod using itunes.

My client is using F.13 clearing function. But in that some entries are not clearing.
Example of that

I have read your instructions on the Firefox website. What is not clear to me is, do I accomplish "privacy settings" and "delete browsing history" within the Firefox web site or do I do this offline through Windows 7 "internet settings". The Firefox tab (upper left) does not offer the menu choices that your instructions refer to. My laptop (offline) "internet settings" refer to Internet Explorer settings (which I am not using) so it's not clear that changes in my preferences are affecting Firefox (or just Internet Explorer)

To get the pictures off of the Camera Roll you do the following:
1: Connect the iPhone to the computer with the USB cable.
2: The iPhone shows up when you go into My Computer (Windows).
3: Double click on the iPhone icon. Once in there will be a folder called DCIM and then another called 100 APPLE. In the 100 APPLE folder you will see all of the pictures in the camera roll.

After multi-mailbox search deleted the results are not cleared out of discovery mailbox?

So my legal team has finally given me the OK to remove the results of a multi-mailbox search that the results of were sent to a discovery mailbox. I've deleted the search, OK'd the warning indicating that the results of the search would be deleted
from the mailbox and nothing further appears to have happened. My expectation was that the results would be deleted.
Anyway to troubleshoot this or do I just delete the discovery mailbox and start over with a new one?

Alternatively, you can also use
Search-Mailbox cmdlet to delete items in the Discovery mailbox. To delete all items in the Discovery mailbox, use the cmdlet without any query parameters, or you can scope it to start/end dates, etc. See

I have just bought a new computer and i am transfering my music from my ipod onto my new computer, I have put the files from the music option from my ipod onto my computer. alot of the songs have come across, however there is alot of songs that havent. I have noticed that the m4a files come across but the mp3 does not. the new computer has windows 8 on it, which is very new to me. when i try and play the mp3 files, it will open them up in a different programme and will not open in itunes. does anyone know what i can do?!?!!?!?!
