HT3500 I have followed the instructions and it keeps reading that the printer is busy.
I have been trying to add my wireless printer to my Macbook. I have failed each time. It is a Lexmark 4600. Anybody have any ideas for me? Your help is much appreciated!
The most likely cause for a printer busy message is the protocol that was used to create the network print queue. Can you reply with how you added the wireless printer to the Mac.

How else can I set up an itunes account without using a credit card? I saw a post somewhere that said we had to set it up with a credit card, buy a free app, then go into settings and edit the information removing the credit card. Is this really the only way that will work?
Thanks! I just got off the phone with apple support, and basically the new apple id account was set-up incorrectly. So I had to access iTunes on my computer, enter a credit card into my account (because a none option isn't given). Then I purchased a free app on my iPad. After it installed, I had to go back to my computer and access my iTunes account again and edit the credit card information to the none option now given. I was not able to do this throught the device itself.
The second option you gave is the answer he also provided if I had not created the apple id in the first place. I will be sure to share that info.

I have gone over these instructions numerous times and I still cannot add music from itunes library on my laptop to my iphone. What am I doing wrong?
Is it on a NTFS drive?
Mac can read but not write to NTFS, and it does not see all NTFS drives equally well.
To write to NTFS I use and recommend Paragon Software $20 NTFS for Mac OS X.
Ideally move iTunes to a Mac HFSX format drive though. -

I had the same error when trying to update my apps on my ipod touch. I tried to input my security code numerous times to no avail. I also made sure my billing address was the same as what my bank had on file. To fix the issue I went into iTunes, logged onto the iTunes store, went to account settings and reviewed my recent purchases. Turned out that I had made a recent purchase and didn't have enough money left on my credit card to pay for it at the time. I paid off the credit card, and then input my security code once more and now it works fine. I've heard that some debit or pay as you go credit cards require a minimum balance, so make sure you have at least that amount in your account.

I can not get firefox to auto update. It down loads the update then fails when it restarts firefox every time. I have followed your instructions and it still fails. I have gone into the MS firewall and insured it is in the exceptions list as well as Trend micro systems. I would really like to get this fixed as I love your program. this is just driving me nuts. Thanks in advance for your help. Sure would be nice if you had phone support, I guess we get what we deserve when its for free.

I attached Ipad to my computer to sync. I received a message indicating there was a new version of the software. During the update, the Ipad crashed. The screen on the ipad is showing the iTunes icon and the USB cord. The ipad no longer shows up in my devices. I have followed all instructions online to reset the ipad,and I uninstalled iTunes and reinstalled it. No change. The same screen appears on the ipad within seconds of turning it on.
Same here. And iTunes doesnt recognize the ipad anymore, even though it works fine with my iphone. Plugged the ipad into my other laptop, i get the recovery mode message, but nothing works.
Tried calling apple support, but since my 90 days of free phone service is past, those morons want me to buy applecare. Yea, ill pass. -

I have followed the Apple Support instructions but these 2 errors always appear: "The program can't start because MSVCR80.dll is missing from your computer" and 'Error 7' but still not able to run iTunes. Anyone have a suggestion?
Try completely removing and reinstalling iTunes and all related components; you may need to do this multiple times. It won't normally affect the iTunes library, but that should be backed up anyway.

I have a pc and downloaded a trial version of Adobe Acrobat DC to create pdfs. I have followed the simple instructions but what I get is an entire screen shot saved instead of just my document. The instructions seem so simple. I can't imagine what I am doing wrong. Have project I need to submit today. Please help.
Unfortunately, what you describe isn't a common problem. It is pretty surprising, but hopefully it's a simple as clicking or pressing the wrong thing. So, to find this out we need to know, step by step, at the most basic level, what you click or type EXACTLY and what you see. That should let us get to the cause.

I am get this message on my Ipad and have followed the instructions, connect the Ipad, lock the screen and connected to a Wi-Fi connection - however I have done this but I still get the message on the screen. It will not even let me press 'OK' - the screen is not responsive... I cannot access the OS. HelpReset your iPad to clear that condition:

What happens when you try?
Try:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at

- Unsync all media and resync
- Reset all settings
Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.
All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.

- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
If still problem, make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.
