HT3529 How do I get an Imessage Archive?

Hello everyone,
There is a conversation that took place on Imessage that I would like to have a copy of for future reference. i am wondeing if there is a way to get an Imessage Archive of all the Imessage sent and recived from a person by contacting Apple.

I deleted my icloud messages and messages how do i get them back.

Backing it up is what you are suppose to do regularly, But, trying to save them via backup means you have to restore your phone in itunes and that is probably not the way to do this. You can search on google for an app that may exist to save these ( if there is one, that would be the best way ) or you can take screen shots of your text and email them or just keep them on your camera roll. Im pretty sure if you google, you will find something to help you save them, most likely the deleted ones are gone tho.

I'm on 3 Austria, iMessage is working fine here, so you may want to talk to 3 for any tips.
Have you tested to see if FaceTime is working? If it is, try re-activating iMessage.

Try ejecting your iphone from iTunes and then close iTunes. Now retry. Hope this helps.

Welcome to the Apple Community.
Are you aware it only syncs iMessages. Also once enabled only new messages will sync, try messaging the user from the Mac and see if that gets things going for you.
