So I type in my email and it will not verify it. I know it is correct though. I have a iPod touch 4th generation. It has the update 5.1.1

I've upgraded to OS 10.8.2 and my Bowers and Wilkins MM-1 Speakers were working fine until today, and now they won't play any sound at all, even though iTunes shows the audio is playing. I've tried both the headphone jack and the USB port. Please help! I don't want to have to be stuck using my internal speakers!

Thanks. I haven't mixed down the audio or checked the number of tracks in Prefs. Good points.
As far as a mixdown goes, I'll definitely give it a try, though I wonder whether or not the tracks will be recognized during mix down recording - given that you can't hear either of those segments in playback. Just have to try.
Re the preferred number of allowed tracks - I'll go check as soon as I send this off, but I'm not sure that applies in this case, since the two Channels containing the segments that are pinked out are not in additional tracks. I should have mentioned that other audio clips and segments on the same Channels in the SAME tracks ARE heard in playback. As are two additional track in the 2nd Sequence. It's only when the two sequences are joined that the pink tinted segments can't be heard. Within the sequence the same audio cuts playback as they should. Thanks again &

Check yor email associated with apple id there should be a verification email
click on the link 'Verify Now'
Then follow the steps including signing into the apple id at appleid.apple.com 'Manage Your Account'

I recently restored my iphone. When attempting to set it back up it will not accept my password. Yet when i log into the apple store i have no problem logging in using the same apple id and password. How do i get the iphone to recognize my apple id and password?

Turning off the compatibility mode by deselecting the check box under each thing that it wants did nothing for my access to the itunes store, still a white page with "itunes store" in the middle of it. This is getting rediculous! Someone with computer smarts please help, I am at the end of my rope!

Go to command Prompt -
(Win 7/Vista) - START/ALL PROGRAMS/ACCESSORIES, right mouse click "Command Prompt", choose "Run as Administrator".
(Win XP SP2 n above) - START/ALL PROGRAMS/ACCESSORIES/Command Prompt
In the "Command Prompt" screen, type in
netsh winsock reset
Hit "ENTER" key
Restart your computer.
If you do get a prompt after restart windows to remap LSP, just click NO.
Now launch your iTunes and see if it is working now.
If you are still having these type of problems after trying the winsock reset, refer to this article to identify which software in your system is inserting LSP:

I completed the updates on my IPhone5, now I have lost my Contacts, I tried going into my ICloud, but the password that I use does not work (Apple Password). I have changed it many many times and it still won't work. The ICloud is trying to VERIFY, but stays at that point.

Apple TV set as PAIRED, yet content does not copy to Apple TV HD
I've been chasing this for a while now. I have the itunes library set up as PAIRED (not shared) and the content is not copying over to the Apple TV HD. Movies and Music both are failing to populate the drive.
This stuff worked fine before I upgraded my OS yesterday.
I restored the Atv to factory settings, reran the update and readded it to my itunes. same thing. HELP?!

Sign out of that Apple ID, then sign in with the correct one.
Go to Settings > FaceTime, tap your Apple ID, and select Sign Out.
Go to Settings > Messages > Send & Receive, tap your Apple ID, and select Sign Out.

How to set up imessages on 3 devices sharing the same apple id?
i have an ipod and iphone and an ipad. i have one apple id for all of them. when i did the ios 5 update it asked me for my apple id to set up icloud, thus being the same for all.
however i have encountered a problem. when trying to set up imessages by default it uses my apple id email address. so all my devices is trying to use the SAME email address for imessages. thats not goint to work because it will be messageing itself! HELP! it doesnt give you the option to change email addresses so what do i do???? how do i set up 3 completely different imessage accounts and still beable to sync between devices??Facetime only works with two devices at a time. You can have the same Apple ID, but the two devices can't have the same email address. Get a new gmail account. Normally you use wifi for connection, however, with iOS 6 and an iPad 3 you can use cellular.

I saw one post where a user said dust got inside the small microphone hole. Using a vacuum cleaner removed the dust and restored the audio.

I'm trying to set up my iPad2. I am entering my Apple ID and get a message that says "try another apple id, this ID is already being used. The only time I've used this Apple ID (my emal) was when I purchased a mac for my college aged child.
Thank you...I had selected the incorrect option to create an Apple ID....so backing up a few pages and doing as you stated worked!

In order to use your Apple ID to create an iCloud account, the primary email address associated with the ID must first be verified. To do this, Apple will send a verification email to your account and you must respond to the email by clicking the Verify Now link. Make sure you are check the spam/junk folder as well as the inbox. If it isn't there, go to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage your Apple ID, sign in, click on Name, ID and Email addresses on the left, then to the right click Resend under your Primary Email Address to resend the verification email.

I am being charged for international msgs which i haven't sent to a number of the UK.i tried to activate my iMessage and FaceTime using wifi but then it didn't connect. all settings have been turned off in my phone! i also have reset my phone with all the settings. but when i contacted my carrier, he said that the balance deduction is because of the international messages i have sent, but i have sent NONE! every time i switch on my phone, balance gets deducted. imessage and facetime are all disabled! but then the problem started since yesterday when i tried to activate them but had disabled them all at the next moment! but the charges are still being applicable for some international messages as per my mobile carrier. what to do? is there some problem with my phone or carrier?

i have a g4 running os10.4.11, i bought a epson workforce 1100 and tried to set it up but there is not a listing for it when i try to add it before installing the driver software from the supplied cd...anyone know what i can do to get it set up?
