Did you try deleting the mail account, then adding it back? I've read a lot of times that is what needs to happen in order for it to work properly.

That number gets me to a recording that tells me that phone support is not available.
I can open and use Photoshop, but whenever I check for updates for my computer, this same update comes up, gets downloaded, and fails to install. I want to either get rid of the update message or get the update installed. Can anyone help?Further info - I changed my security settings to allow apps from anywhere, and again tried to install. I again got an error message

I have been billed in excess of $200 for apps from the company 'Gameloft'. I authorized the purchase of a 99 cent game for my son (Six Guns) and it just escalated from there. The purchases continued on through the night, even though no one was on-line. Thankfully I caught the charges in my morning email. I have tried unsuccessfully to contact Gameloft for the last hour. They literally provide no direct support information on their website for this kind of issue.
Likely I will only be able to resolve this with my credit card company as we will fight it when the charges are posted. What an unbelieveably slimy experience this is so far. Anybody have any insight out there?

Another Frustrated ParentChargebacks dont' disable your account permanently... you can always contact iTS and after verification it will be re-enabled.
I guess, if you don't get back to iTS then yes, it could sit permanently in that state.. -

Hi, I bought an Ipod touch in Dubai. When I upated to iOs 6, everytime I would download an app it will says that it's not available in the emirates store and I should change to the US store. I am having the same problem with my new iPhone 5s since I installed the current software 8.1.2 yesterday after activating the phone at a Verizon store in Tucson, AZ. My zip code is 84745.
So far I have no battery problems, but that's probably because I have cellular off except when I need it. I am usually on WiFi at home/work as my old 4s was one of the phones that, after an earlier software upgrade, chewed data up for no reason. -
I "updated" my ios software this morning and it forced me to reset my phone to the manufacturers settings. I would at least like to redownload the recent books I have purchased. Is there a way to do that without having to pay for them again??

I have an iPhone 3GS and have updated to IOS 6.1. Before with emails there was a user bar at the bottom which allowed you to move emails to folders, print etc, but it now seems to be removed. Can you help ?
Close out of the mail app, double click the home button and completely close out of the mail app.
Then do a reset, hold down the home/sleep button together until you see the apple logo and then release then wait for the phone to boot back up.
then check your mail again. -

When I try to do it through I tunes it tells me I have the 4.2.1 version and that it is the latest and there are no pdates. Everytime I try to download an app from the app store it tells me it can't do it because I need version 4.3.

This may be related to a new feature embedded in iOS7 that shows all purchased music by default. Go to Settings > Music, then turn off Show All Music. See if the issue ceases once the feature has been disabled. This information is located on page 63 of the user guide below.

I have a n IPhone 4S. I upgraded to IOS7 and then tried tp go back to my prevous IOS and now my phone will not turn on at all.
I tried to do the same, but couldn't find ios 6. I even tried the APPstore, to download the last IOS6 version.
The most problem is the running out of the battery.
I've checked each app who is "eating" the most power.
The battery stoped runaway, when I closed the weather service....
So for now, I will use regular internet service, and probbaly will do to more app.
Until, finaly, I will find my self with all the applications closed....:-)
That will be the sign, to replace my phone to anderoid....:-)
Till now, there is no any sign from Apple to have a glance to our complanes. -
