I have a custom form, which needs to export the data. File->Export option is disabled in all the responsibilities. How to enable this option only for this form?

The Export function is disabled when the responsibility is opened initially .
When we enter into a specific form its automatically enabled .
Login to a user who has Application Developer responsibility & to Application >Register & press f11 and Ctrl f11 .

How to enable HotSpot or JIT compiler with java 1.4.0-rc

Sorry but I can't enable the JIT or Hotspot tecnology in java 1.4.0-rc? they are just installed in this JRE version or I have to do any operation to install these tevnology?
I can't also install the HotSpot server with this version of JRE! it's right? The installer ask me an older version to install this application!

The Hotspot VM is now the only and default VM in 1.4 (Merlin).
Previously this was a -hotspot option but now is renamed -client (the default).
If you require the server VM then use -server after downloading the SDK. The Hotspot v2 server is for 1.3 and 1.2.2 only.

Hey ho, I just found out about ntfs-3g's windows_names option, which prevents ntfs-3g creating files with names that the windows don't like (which should be default, of course). Okay, here's what I learned, maybe:
(i) Devices in Linux used to be managed by HAL, which is now dead (or at least, everyone seems to want it dead)
(ii) HAL is now superceded by DeviceKit, a supposedly better device manager. It had something called devicekit-disks (which is now called udisks)
(iii) UDev is, uh, also a device manager...it probably handles other stuff than udisks. Or maybe udisks is part of a udev "package" or something?
(iv) Pacman tells me I have both udev and udisks installed.
(v) I have not the slightest clue, really, how disks are mounted on my computer.
(vi) Still less do I have any idea how to achieve what I want without using fstab.
(vii) I think I'll use fstab...

8i. I tried to add the following in the initSID.ora file:
java_pool_size = 10000000 #10M
java_max_sessionspace_size = 20000000 #20M
java_soft_sessionspace_limit = 20000000 #20M
but didn't work!
Is there anyone that knows how to enable this?
How can we check if we do have java enabled? (which

"Record must be committed before adding attachment. Do you want to commit?.
After when i click yes the data get inserted to the table but attach option is still not enabled. when i tried to click again the attach option again it shows the same msg.
Can you pls guide me where i went worng.

Output from server 1:
SQL> select parameter,value from v$option where upper(parameter) like '%PARTITION%';
PARAMETER VALUE
Partitioning TRUE
Output from server 2:
SQL> select parameter,value from v$option where upper(parameter) like '%PARTITION%';
PARAMETER VALUE
Partitioning FALSE
What does this mean? Does this mean that I can't create partitioned table? If yes, how can I enable it?
Both are enterprise installations.

On the server2, re-run the OUI and add the Partition option onto the ORACLE_HOME the database is working from.

What auhtorization do we require, which can enables to make changes in the data in PSA?
I got SAP_ALL auhtorization, but i see that change option in PSA is disabled. Thus not able to make changes in the record.

Hi Ryan,
this is a little overview of this type of scenario:
If you cannot change the request data in PSA, there would be several possible reasons:
1. The request is already present in an InfoCube/ODS.
(Logically, if you loaded with 'PSA only' option this scenario is not possible, but it is not completely true that ONLY with this option changes are allowed!)
In this case changes to the data here would lead to inconsistencies.
2. The request has already been successfully updated in the master data table of an InfoObject.
3. No change authorization.
Procedures to follow in the above-mentioned situations.
For 1:
In the data targets tree in Administrator's Workbench, select the InfoCubes or ODS objects to which you want to update the data from this request.
Then, from the context menu, select Manage InfoCube or Manage ODS Object. Search for the existing request and delete it from the InfoCube or ODS object.
For 2:
Make your changes directly in master data maintenance for the corresponding InfoObject.
For 3:
Obtain the required authorization.

We are building Webi report to explore Hierarchies based on BW (Cube/BEx report) universe, the drill option is disable in webi,
I checked drill option in document property nothing happens, even we tried to create
webi report on efashion having the same issue.
Webi we are using trial key --> is this some thing to do with this ?
Or , some thing we are missing.

I am also facing same problem and nw m using Administrator(userName) then there is no need to be give other rights(administrator using FullControl) as u given
Applications->Web Intelligence->User security()->Assign security->Advanced rights->Add/remove rights->Application->Web Intelligence->Enable drill mode.
Plz let me any other solution.
