If you downloaded it, it's likely in your Downloads folder as a Disk Image .dmg. Just open it and intall Flash player and restart your browser. Everything should work.

If you Restored the iPhone with iTunes on your computer, and there is still no WiFi or Bluetooth, this is hardware error. If there is Warranty or AppleCare, make Genius reservation or set up Service and take or send iPhone to Apple for resolution.

I am trying to download iTunes on my new desktop computer (Windows 7, 64 bit). It starts installing, and then stops with the message- "The System Administrator has set policies to prevent this installation." This is a stand alone computer and I am the sole user. Please help.
This is a Microsoft Windows Issue.

Try the steps below and check if it helps.

Run the software setup file as an administrator and check if it helps.

Temporarily disable the antivirus software running on the computer and check if you are able to install the software.

Step 3:

My iPad air keeps crashing and freezing when browsing the internet . Please help :(

Please tell me that it has NEVER been jailbroke. If it has not been jailbroke, here are some standard repair procedures:
First, confirm that this is what you did for a "reset." Hold down the on/off switch and the Home button simultaneously until you see the Apple logo. Ignore the "Slide to power off" text if it appears. You will not lose any apps, data, music, movies, settings, etc.
If the Reset doesn't work, try a Restore. Note that it's nowhere near as quick as a Reset. It could take well over an hour! Connect via cable to the computer that you use for sync. From iTunes, select the iPad/iPod and then select the Summary tab. Follow the on-screen directions for Restore and be sure to say "yes" to the backup. You will be warned that all data (apps, music, movies, etc.) will be erased but, as the Restore finishes, you will be asked if you wish the contents of the backup to be copied to the iPad/iPod. Again, say "yes."
At the end of the basic Restore, you will be asked if you wish to sync the iPad/iPod. As before, say "yes." Note that that sync selection will disappear and the Restore will end if you do not respond within a reasonable time. If that happens, only the apps that are part of the IOS will appear on your device. Corrective action is simple - choose manual "Sync" from the bottom right of iTunes.
If you're unable to do the Restore (or it doesn't help), go into Recovery Mode per the instructions here. You WILL lose all of your data (game scores, etc,) but, for the most part, you can redownload apps and music without being charged again. Also, since you have IOS-7, read this. -
I do not know how but vshare, has been performing a search everytime I type something in the address bar that is not a complete website i.e. facebook instead of facebook.com
this is very annoying and I am unable to uninstall vshare, I have even tried uninstalling firefox and reinstalling itI had this problem too, and just fixed it, and found a great website that helped.
1. In Firefox type about:config in the address bar and press ENTER.
2. Locate and double-click the entry for keyword.URL
3. Set the value based on which search provider you would like to use for your address bar searches. Here are a few search strings you can use.

Hi there
Our desktop computer was painfully slow so backed up everything to hard drive (as 1 file) and did factory restore to computer. We have managed to get our photos and documents back to our pc but have struggled with itunes. We now have all our music there in our library but can not play any of it unless the hard drive is plugged in (says cannot locate the file when not plugged in). I manually consolidated files for one album which now means it will play without hard drive but I can't drag that to our iphones & ipods. Please help! Thanks.*Also...is there any way I can filter out all the tracks with the ! so I can delete the unplaying copies as they're taking up room in my iTunes? I know how to find duplicates, but then I have to go and delete each one individually...*

I need help recovering a few movies that I have on an authorized laptop but itunes doesn't recognize. I can even transfer them to the ipad but can't get itunes to recongnize them as purchased. Rio, Up and Toy Story 3 are the movies. I don't have the redeem code for two of them because the kids lost them so I can't redownload. Please help..this is ridiculous. I own them already but not showing up...I though Apple was suppose to be user friendly...
ThanksWith patience it may be that some or all of your previous movie purchases will be added as Apple renegotiate the distribution rights in various regions.
Alternatively you could approach the iTunes Store support team and ask them if they can requeue your old purchased movies as you failed to backup the data from your retired computer. There is some evidence that they have done this in the past for music but I've no idea whether or not they have any discretion over movie content.

I lost all of my photos after downloading the update! Please help!!
My entire iphoto library is empty; all my photos (thousands of my child's first two years) are gone - this happened after I downloaded the new update last night. Has this happened to anyone else? Please tell me you know how I can get them back!?
Just in case you don't see my responses before I sign off....
That Masters folder should have all of your pictures...the actual files...assuming you've used iPhoto all along and are letting it manage the photo locations. I'd suggest copying that folder elsewhere. Better yet just copy the whole "iPhoto Library" thing.

That shows how to run iPhoto to repair the library. Worst case if that doesnt work is to create a new library and reimport your photos from the copy you made. You'll lose all of the tags, etc. you might have put on photos but the most important part...the actual photos...should be good. -

more and whenever i try to convert them to AAC they just
make a copy of that song. and i can't drag it to my ipod
because it has one of those like non-smoking signs on it
so it won't do it. and i don't even know what that means.
and when i plug it in to the computer, the itunes says
updating iPod do not disconnect and then i can disconnect it...
and you're not supposed to be able to disconnect it if its
in your computer!!!!
AND whenever i click my music under my little iPod icon, its all greyed out and locked for some reason.

As for the iPod saying it's ok to disconnect after a few...it probably means you have your ipod set to auto sync. As for the "non-smoking sign"...where are you seeing it? During the time the iPod is saying "Do Not Disconnect"? That's normal.

Are these songs already showing in iTunes? I'm guessing (I don't use auto-sync...I prefer to manually sync my music) that you can't drag songs to the ipod if you have it set to auto-sync since it is set to automatically update when plugged in based on what you have on itunes. Again, I'm just speculating on this. -
Iphone 5 wont load anything it ALL, no access , I only see the background homescreen , please help!

I am trying to upload photos from my iPhone to my macbook but each time I plug my iPhone into the macbook, a message comes up which says my device is locked with a passcode and I cannot load the photos.
