HT3702 Cannot connect to iTunes Store to purchase products using my Visa card. Pease help

Im trying to re add my Visa card to my apple I'd but it now can't be authorised and ive used it many times before?

How long ago did you contact iTunes Support ? If it's been longer than 48 hours, and you've checked the spam folder on your email account as well as the inbox, then contact them again : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption.
The $1 'charges' are likely to be temporary store holding charges, they should disappear off your account within a few days or so.
