    You can try contacting iTunes Support and see if they will refund or credit you : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
    If they were made an on iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch then to try and stop it happening again you can use Settings > General > Restrictions > In-App Purchases 'off' to stop in-app purchases being made, and depending upon the iOS version on it you might also have a Require Password setting on the Restrictions screen which you can set to 'Immediately'

    We are fellow users here on these user-to-user forums, you're not talking to iTunes Support.
    You've checked the purchase history on your account to see what the 18.87 charges were for (they may have been from a day or 2 before the Dec 7th), and nobody else has acess to your account or devices and may have made them ? It not then you can try contacting iTunes Support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption

    There is no automatic way to do this because any purchases made with your account are assumed to be authorized by you.  If this involved account hacking you can report it to iTunes Store but purchases made with a credit card should be reported to the card fraud department.

    The amount, $24.99, ties up with the cost of iTunes Match in the US - have you subscribed to it and/or is it due for renewal ?
    You can view the purchase history on your iTunes account via your computer's iTunes : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option, you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it. Click on that and you should then see a list of your purchases (the most recent is above the list).
    If you didn't make the purchase, and nobody else has access to your account or devices and made it, then try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support : http://reportaproblem.apple.com

  • HT5772 I have a "Shared Library" that I did not authorize, and I need to delete it.  How do I delete?

    I wanted to syn my phone to my ITunes today, so i could put an audio book from my laptop to my IPhone and ITouch.  When I opened IYunes, there is a "Shared Library" that I did not authorize that is in my ITunes that is over 550 GB of data.  I don't want it, and I want to earase it, but can't figure out how to do that.  Can you help me get rid of it?  Also, how di I set up my ITunes to not allow this in the future?  I am in the military deployed in Afghanistan, so communications and internet are terrible.  Please help.

    Edit > Preferences > General tab, untick Shared Libraries so you don't see those shared by others on the same network, then go to the Sharing tab and untick Share my library on my local network, if ticked, so that you are not sharing yours. Click OK.
