  • How can I delete the app store purchased history?

The game shows up in app store(purchased) even after I deleted it. How can I remove it from the purchased history?

It can't be removed from your purchase history as that is permanently maintained by the iTunes store.  However, you can hide it in iTunes on your computer as explained here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4919, after which it will no longer appear in your history on your iPod unless you unhide it in iTunes.

  • How do i cancel Mac App store download?

The computer is on a slow DSL internet and I need to cancel a 1GB dwonload that is shown to be estimated to take over an hour and a half to download so I want to perform the download at a later time.  There appears to be absolutely no way short of Force Quit to stop a download.
    Or is there?

    [sarcasm \on]
    Yes, what was I thinking????
How UNINTUITIVE I am for NOT making the OBVIOUS connection to open LaunchPad in order to pause/cancel/stop any downloads that I initiate through the App Store "Updates" section!
    DUH!
The answer was in front of my face all this time and I couldn't connect the dots.
And here I was thinking of all kinds of happy thoughts with my Macs and OS X and it's much vaunted "ease of use."
    I should "Just Think Different."
    [sarcasm \off]
Whew, I really had to get that off my chest, especially as an Apple user since the Apple ][+, this obtusive way of pausing software updates under Mountain Lion is very disconcerting.
Many thanks Mendel!  Appreciate the assist here...

  • How Do I cancel an App Store in-app purchase subscription? I have followed the standard instructions.

I want to cancel a subscription. I follow the standard instructions to go to App Store --> Featured-->Scroll to Bottom-->Tap my Apple ID or sign-in.
The problem is my Apple ID is shown, but it is greyed out. So, when I tap it nothing happens.
I am on an I-Pad. I appreciate any and all help.

Do you currently have Settings > General > Restrictions > Accounts (under the 'allow changes' heading) set to 'Don't Allow Changes' - if you do then change it to 'Allow Changes' and your id at the bottom of the Featured tab in the App Store should no longer be greyed out

  • How do I make an app store purchase with a different credit card?

I have a credit card for one of my companies that I used to buy the iPhone and create an Apple ID for purchases on the app store. Subsequent to that I created a new company, with its own credit card, and created a new Apple ID specifically for purchases for that company. Now when I go to make a purchase on the app store with my iPhone how do I switch between the two Apple IDs so that the purchase I make uses the appropriate credit card?

You'll be more likely to get details steps on how to change the Apple ID on your iPhone if you ask in the iPhone forum. This forum is for the Mac App Store, and the interface in that app is very different.
    Regards.

  • How do I transfer an App store purchase from my MacBook to my iPad-WITHOUT an Internet connection?

I live on a boat in an anchorage. My iPad won't connect to the wifi in the anchorage; my MacBook Pro, with an external radio, will make the connection (sometimes). I want to purchase a couple of apps from the App Store and download them to my computer.  I won't be able to connect the iPad to the Internet--ever--but I can of course connect it via USB to the MacBook Pro.  Can I
    - purchase the apps from the App store
    - download the apps to my MacBook Pro
    - disconnect the MacBook from the Internet (it costs about $1 per minute for my connection)
    - sync the iPad to the MacBook
    - transfer the newly purchased apps from the computer to the iPad
Just a reminder--I _can't_ connect the iPad, ever, to the Internet.  The signal just won't reach that far.  I don't want to take either the computer or the iPad on a (wet) dinghy ride to try to get close enough to the wifi hotspot for the iPad to connect (maybe).  Both the iPad and the MacBook Pro are registered to the same ITunes account, but there isn't any way to connect the iPad to iTunes central for their servers to confirm this--only the MacBook Pro can be connected.
I also don't want to erase any info on the iPad--I have waypoints, navigation info, documents, etc., stored in various apps. Do I have to sync first to avoid losing this data?  (Hope it's not cloudy tomorrow and those solar panels will be pulling some amps!)
    Thanks,
    Sue
PS--I have OS 10.6.8  and iTunes 11.0.1 on the MacBook; iOS 6.0.1 on the iPad.

Yes, you should be able to buy/download apps from the iTunes app store on your Mac and then sync them to the iPad - neither the iPad nor the Mac should need to be connected to the internet to sync the apps over to the iPad
If the iPad hasn't been synced to that computer before then you may find this page useful : https://discussions.apple.com/docs/DOC-3141

  • How can I cancel an app store update on my iPad?

Ok so I have 2 problems really; I've been playing Real Racing 3 for awhile, and an update came out recently. I checked to make sure I had enough space, which I did, and attempted to update.  It waited a few seconds, then told me I didn't have enough storage space, which I know I do (update is approximately 840mb, I have 1.6gb of free space). But my most pressing problem is that apparently, once this update is installed the app doesn't work according to reviews.  I would very much like real racing to work, so I'm hoping to cancel the update but no matter what I do it won't work. Is it possible to cancel an update?

What should I do then? I can't even update it if I wanted to.

  • How can I transfer my app store purchases from one account to another?

Can I transfer my apps to a new iTunes account from my old one? How?
    Thanks.

No, you cannot transfer apps from one account to another iTunes account. Apps are DRM protected and forever tied to the account used to originally obtain them.

  • Signed up for what I thought was one issue of a publication on an App. However, now it is automatically charging  me weekly to receive the next issues.  How do I cancel this app?

I purchased what I thought was on issue of a publication in the in the App Store. Now weekly, my account is charged for the weekly issue.  How do I cancel this app and further charges to my account? Andreafromin

If you haven't already, try restarting the iPhone, it could just be that the store is stuck. Shutting down and starting back up tends to resolve these sorts of issues.

I just purchased for application online apple store but I haven't got service as I paid. How can I cancel or refund my purchased before? My id [email protected]

I know it is not much money but it is about cheating! Apple opened a platform for innovation or for people rubbing each other?
It should not be allowed that people put a fake app and charge money for it. That is bad busienss practice and damages Apple more than any body else. I only lost 1 dollar but will cost Apple much more since it made an unhappy customer who will say about her bad experience to at least 10 other people.

  • TS1424 Where and how can i cancel a app on my iphone? I keep getting billed for it monthly.

Where and how can i cancel a app on my iphone? I keep getting billed for it monthly.

There are instructions on this page for managing and stopping auto-renewing subscriptions : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4098
e.g. if doing it on your phone then go to the bottom of the Featured tab in the App Store app, tap on your id, tap 'view apple id' on the popup and sign in, and on your account's page there should be subscriptions section.

How can I change a app store location? I'm in US trying to dowload an app and it says my account is not valid in the Australian store. I have nothing to do with Australia.

Go to the iTunes Store. Scroll down to the very bottom and click the flag that is on the bottom right. Then you can select what store you want.
