Did you enter the code when buying the book ? If you did, and you were also charged for it, then try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support : http://reportaproblem.apple.com

If you bought and downloaded it on your iPad then it should be in the Videos app (iTunes on the iPad is just the iTunes store). If you can't find it in the Videos app then have you got a film age rating set in Settings > General > Restrictions that is hiding it ?

I recently downloaded mountain lion and just had it emailed to me but I'm having trouble downloading it to my computer. I cannot find the button that says "redeem" under quick links.
You must have a minimum of OS X Snow Leopard 10.6.8 installed on your Mac to have the Mac App Store. The Quick Links are on the Featured pane.

My credit card was charged for two purchases in the amount of 14.95 each. I did not authorize these purchases. The purchase dates were 12/24 and 12/25.

Have you downloaded any apps on an iPad/iPhone for kids? If so you may have in-app purchases enabled for free games or similar, and they've racked up charges for you. -
Hello, I was trying to purchase Whats app, when I try to enter my credit card info, it keep telling that my security number don´t match, but my credit card got charged, 3 time in a row. I can send a screen capture of the message telling that already charged my card.
How can I fix this problem? I mean how can I download the app or get the credit in the store or get my money back?

You've checked the purchase history on your account via your computer's iTunes : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option, you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it. Click on that and you should then see a list of your purchases.

If nothing shows on your iTunes purchase history (you don't have a Mac and have any purchases in the Mac App Store), and you only have the one account, then you should contact your card issuer.
If something does show on your history but you didn't buy it, and nobody else has access to your account or devices and made the purchase, then try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support : http://reportaproblem.apple.com

I ended up making a purchase at Apple, but my credit card operator called me to confirm the values and was told different values than bought.
Purchases appeared as:
$ 159.70 (protocol 604627)
$ 137.00 (protocol 604538)
$ 105.39 (protocol 604468)
$ 0.01 (protocol 615633)
Could you check what is happening? Because I had to cancel my card for security.

I upgraded my Icloud storage capacity to a higher tier and my Iphone does not reflect the change although my credit card was charged and the device is nor properly backup. How can this be resolved?
It seems to take up to a couple of days for the upgrade to take hold, at least that's the experience of some users. Give it 24 hours before contacting apple.

What process did your daughter use, there is a specific format to redeem an iTunes gift card. The gift card must be redeemed using the Redeem link in the Quick Links on the right side of the iTunes Store in iTunes on a computer or the Redeem button at the bottom of both the iTunes and App Store apps in iOS. Redeeming the gift card then applies the value of the card as an available credit to the user's iTunes account. The credit is used first before any bank card also stored in the account. If the purchases use the entire credit and there is an additional balance due, it will be charged to any bank card stored in the account.

After that it will show you a list of topics, pick the one that matches you problem and then it will let you pick a sub category, and hit continue. Press on the envelope, After that all you need to do is fill out your full name and e-mail address and under Briefly provide any other details you think we need to know, write the problem you are having and iTunes store will get back to you in 48 hours or less, they will get back to you in 24 hours if there not really busy. -

It would be best for you to open iTunes, sign in and view your account. If all the purchases were paid already instead of entering your new card information, it will give you an option for "NONE" as a payment method. Again this is not applicable of you have a pending charges with iTUnes
