I have tried to contact bellshare but still no answer.
I have previously bought bebuzz 4 on mobihand and since i cannot pay an updrade I bought bebuzz 5 from app world.
When i clicked purchase i got this error "There is a problem with your credit card authorization. Please try again or visit blackberry.com/appworld/support for more information. (Error ID: 10000)"
But 2.99$ were charged on my credit card. My bank cannot cancel the order unless them a cancellation email was sent from the buyer.
Can you please help me with this issue?

Go to iTunes under product and then select iTunes store. After that it will show you a list of topics, pick the one that matches you problem and then it will let you pick a sub category, and hit continue. Press on the envelope, After that all you need to do is fill out your full name and e-mail address and under Briefly provide any other details you think we need to know, write the problem you are having and iTunes store will get back to you in 48 hours or less, they will get back to you in 24 hours if there not really busy. -

You've checked the purchase history on your account via your computer's iTunes : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option, you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it. Click on that and you should then see a list of your purchases.

If nothing shows on your iTunes purchase history (you don't have a Mac and have any purchases in the Mac App Store), and you only have the one account, then you should contact your card issuer.

I upgraded my Icloud storage capacity to a higher tier and my Iphone does not reflect the change although my credit card was charged and the device is nor properly backup. How can this be resolved?
It seems to take up to a couple of days for the upgrade to take hold, at least that's the experience of some users. Give it 24 hours before contacting apple.
