HT3702 i got charge a bill to my credit card went i had my tuns card?
i got charge $9.84 to my credit card on file witch i dont understand went i had used my tunes card.
Apple is not here. Apple does not answer questions here.
But charge that you see was the system reaching out to your bank to verify that the bank exists, your account exists and that there are funds in the account upon which to draw when you buy things. This is not a permanent charge because Apple will not take the final steps to remove this money from your account. This charge will fall off the account in a few business days.

I have been charge 20$ into the credit card lately can I cancel that
Have you got an auto-renewing subscription ? There are instructions for checking / managing / stopping them on this page : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4098
If not then have you checked the purchase history on your account (Store > View My Account on your computer's iTunes) to see if you recognise the charges ? If you don't then you can contact iTunes support here (these are user-to-user forums) : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page. -
Itunes and auto cc charges???my credit card was charged 19.99 by the apple itunes store....I have no purchases in my history....how do I cancel this transaction? and why is it on there....how do I find out?
You've checked the purchase history on your account via your computer's iTunes : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option, you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it. Click on that and you should then see a list of your purchases.
There are instructions on this page for viewing / managing / stopping auto-renewing subscriptions : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4098
If nothing shows on your iTunes purchase history (you don't have a Mac and have any purchases in the Mac App Store), and you only have the one account, then you should contact your card issuer.
If something does show on your history but you didn't buy it, and nobody else has access to your account or devices and made the purchase, then try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support : http://reportaproblem.apple.com
If the 'report a problem' link doesn't work then you can try contacting iTunes Support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption -

I accidentally deleted my receipt for the purchase of an audiobook on iTunes. How can I get another? In my account history, there is no sign of it yet - I purchased it 2 days ago - but the charge is already on my credit card.
You're looking in your Purchase History?
http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2727
If so and you don't see the purchase there, and you're sure your looking in the account through which you purchased the audiobook (and are sure you bought it from the iTunes Store, not from audible.com or some other site), go here:
http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/
and follow the instructions to report the issue to the iTunes Store. If the audiobook didn't download, they can help, and they may be able to send you another copy of the receipt.

All my purchases on itune are billed to a credit card that is not the credit card that is detailed on my billing profile? How is this possible? I have checked and reinserted my credit card details several times in my billing section and still charges are taken off a different credit card, that's not listed on my billings details????How do I stop this? How do I get hold of an e mail address for billings so I can ask them what the heck is going on?
Please help, I am going mad trying to understand thisIt is a bad situation. Your credit card expired but you cannot change it because FormsCentral is retiring.
Please consider moving your forms to JotForm right away. It takes a few minutes to do it using JotForm new Import Wizard:

I have been charged by iTunes through my credit card but I didn't buy any application, how can i know iTunes charge me for?
You can check the purchase history on your account via the Store > View Account menu option on your computer's iTunes, though I'm not sure if that shows auto-renewing subscriptions. Have you added or changed your credit card details on your account (when you do then a small temporary store holding charge may be applied to check that the details are correct and valid, which should disappear within a few days) ? If you haven't changed your card details or can't find or don't recognise what the charge is for then you can contact iTunes Support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption

When I run out of funds in my I-Tune account (I always redeem I-Tune $15 or $25 prepaid cards) if additional music or apps are purchased, they are billed to my credit card. Why? Is there a way to prevent this?
Roaminggnome:
I have just found a way to do exactly what I wanted to do!
I opened I-Tunes, then clicked on the "Account" link under the heading "Quick Links".
After entering my Account ID and Password, I got the "Account Information" window.
I then clicked on the Edit link at the end of the "Payment Information" line which listed my current credit card information. This opened the "Edit Payment Information" window. On this screen, instead of selecting Visa, etc... I selected NONE and then clicked on DONE at the bottom of the screen. Just like magic, my credit card information disappeared and was replaced by "No Creidt Card on File" which is exactly what I wanted. FYI. -

I am finding it very difficult to navigate the iTunes support line and would be grateful if anyone can help me.Welcome to the Apple Community.
Select the content which is causing a problem and use the 'Report a problem' button in Your Purchase History on your computer.
Currently, if your purchase happens to be your most recent purchase you will not be redirected to the report form, in this case use the report a problem option from the invoice that was emailed to you. -

Hello
i have moved to Tunisia and nowI cannot use my apple id anymore because my shipping/billing old address is not valid anymore
It seems that Apple does not accept tunisian addresses for billing and for credit cards
Any help ?Are you changing the country/region to Tunisia in your account information before you are trying to put in a new credit card and billing address for Tunisia?
